She helped me go through my pros and cons list as I was undecided on the new or used and what made more sense for me. I've been to many dealerships in the past and man I've had some pretty frustrating experiences. Cars were delivered as expected and any concerns were addressed quickly without issue; the pre-owned car needed some suspension work and was done at their expense. Every time I brought it in for service, it was just like visiting the garage I’ve been going to for 10+ years. Steve always makes you feel welcome and explains things honestly and in plain English. It gets better… I started having trouble with my car 3 years in and they suspected the clutch. After warning me that I may be on the hook for the repair if it was just the clutch, they found the cause and worked (fought) to get everything taking care of under warranty. Michael provided daily updates and my car was ready to be picked up, with $4000 of work done free of charge, within a week! Would recommend them for new and used cars as well as all the service! More
