My questions were answered, as were my concerns and done in a personable & professional manner. I also spent time with Sophia who was just a blessing. She helped me go through my pros and cons list as I was undecided on the new or used and what made more sense for me. I've been to many dealerships in the past and man I've had some pretty frustrating experiences. In the end I bought my car here because I not only got a great deal but I felt like I was dealing with good and genuine people. I highly recommend this dealership and I'll definitely be back when I need a new car. More

BEST experience I've ever had for purchase and service Bought a new car in 2013 and returned to purchase a pre-owned car for my wife 3 months later. The sales process was smooth without any hidden fees or pushy tactics for both new and pre-owned cars. Cars were delivered as expected and any concerns were addressed quickly without issue; the pre-owned car needed some suspension work and was done at their expense. Every time I brought it in for service, it was just like visiting the garage I’ve been going to for 10+ years. Steve always makes you feel welcome and explains things honestly and in plain English. It gets better… I started having trouble with my car 3 years in and they suspected the clutch. After warning me that I may be on the hook for the repair if it was just the clutch, they found the cause and worked (fought) to get everything taking care of under warranty. Michael provided daily updates and my car was ready to be picked up, with $4000 of work done free of charge, within a week! Would recommend them for new and used cars as well as all the service! And that is what happened! In my case, the repair was completed the same day. When I picked up the car, there were no surprises. Efficient and Professional, that's the way it should be! In two visits they solved a problem that was getting the runaround at my local dealer, for 4 months. My 2011 elantra had a non functioning back up camera, went to the local dealer many times and they wanted me to buy a radio 950.00$ not covered by the extended warranty. My brother recommended going to West Island as he was always satisfied there. On the first visit it was determined that it truly was a malfunctioning back up camera which is covered by the warranty. They ordered the camera and replaced it. Great service very friendly and professional. Thanks again. More
