I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your first experience at our dealership. However, I would like to take the time to address a few of your comments. The charge for $115.95 you mention, was for a Service #2 inspection, including a Synthetic Oil Change. As for the situation with your lightbulbs, we simply do not keep any aftermarket parts in our inventory. As a Hyundai dealer, we sell and service our customers’ vehicles with original Hyundai parts only. We apologize for any inconveniences this might have caused you.
