grossly overcharged for service,extremelly impolite and rude The service manager(directeur des operation fixes ??!!) whose name I found to be Rene Racine because he refused to give his business card, was talking The service manager(directeur des operation fixes ??!!) whose name I found to be Rene Racine because he refused to give his business card, was talking to me very disrespectfull after I co mplained that my headlights were not working after the maintenance service done in the shop even that on inspection sheet was noted "lights-ok;" I was also charged 83,95 for " brakes cleaning" for a o.33 hrs work.Charged for drums verification but my car don't have any!!!(it.is discs only).charged for tire rotation(and none done);I was asked to go back home to bring the lug nut key as they could not find one in shop.The sevice time took 3hrs for a max 30 min of work(thats what took in Walmart service!!) After accepting to change my ligts bulbs he told me that they have only one in stock and that I have to leave like that which I refused as the lights were working before I came to service,but he throw my car keys on the table telling me that he have to close.Was charged for oil change 115.95 nowhere mentioned what quantity of oil or how long time this took.To resume this nightmare just one advice:AVOID AT ANY PRICE TO GET RIPPED OFF,SCALPED AND DISRESPECTED BY WEST ISLAND EX ULSAN HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP (AND ITS " NO NAME" SERVICE MISSMANAGER). THEY ARE THE WORST IN CANADA!!!. More
