After discovering them online a couple of weeks ago, I decided to give them a try since I've been having increasing difficulty making appointments at After discovering them online a couple of weeks ago, I decided to give them a try since I've been having increasing difficulty making appointments at my old Hyundai dealer for the last year or so. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to chose the service I needed and book the appointment myself at the most convenient time for me, all on their user-friendly website. (This was huge, since the last and final time I tried to make an appointment at my old dealership, I was put on hold, as always, and ultimately transferred to a french-only voicemail, and my call wasn't returned for days.) I arrived first thing in the morning, and the staff was very pleasant and gave me an introduction to the dealership and all the services offered. And they do offer all of them - it's a one stop shop, which is very convenient, along with their location near the 40. I had scheduled one of the more extensive inspection/services (#3), knowing I needed to have my brakes done as well. They found one other issue I had suspected, which was covered under warranty, and I was able to wait for all the work to be done at the same time. The waiting room was very nice...comfortable chairs, free coffee, free wifi, tv, etc. Couldn't ask for more. It's also worth noting that all the communications are bilingual and extremely pleasant. I've been driving Hyundais for several years now, and I find service is just as important as vehicle quality. Needless to say, this is now my Hyundai dealer. More

The shuttle service is absolutely fantastic also. I never feel like they are over charging me, and they are very honest about what work needs to be done. They uphold their warranties and always go the extra mile for their clients. I have been to other dealerships in the west island, and even traded in a car at a loss so we could come back to hyundai west island :) More
