Terrible service that jeopardizes car safety Mechanic did not properly tork tires to the car when changing from winter to all year tires. I took the car back to service department and they confirmed error made by mechanic, I was naturally very upset and wanted dealership to acknowledge the danger they put me in. Service manager Jason Langton did not demonstrate sensitivity, nor did he know how to deal with an upset client. He yelled at me, told me to be quiet and sit down. He treated me like a child. He was aggressive, mean spirited. I contacted head office. Manager of dealership met with me and they gave me a few free oil changes to make up for the mistake. Sadly, I never recieved an apology from Jason Langton. And, they never took seriously the danger they'd put me in. Other staff in service department are helpful and friendly, especially Matthew Walker who treats all clients with great respect. Unfortunately Jason Langton is terrible to deal with. This dealership will leave you feeling disrespected and powerless, especially as a woman. Ive read other reviews of Jason and it is interesting to note how many women have had terrible experiences with him. And, they hire low rate mechanics that do a shoddy job putting people at risk in their cars. I will not return to this center. If you're considering this center, BEWARE!!! More

Although I've changed my mind twice about this purchase, they still treated me the same as when I was walking in the first time. Definitely place to buy your Hyundai from. !!!! Terrible service I took my dad to Hyundai of Oakville Jan '14 and purchased a '13 Elantra brand new. My dad has only put 14,000 km on the care since. Well, there are 2 I took my dad to Hyundai of Oakville Jan '14 and purchased a '13 Elantra brand new. My dad has only put 14,000 km on the care since. Well, there are 2 slow leaks in the front tires (lot's of construction on the street) but no key for the lug nuts. I took the car in for him, specifically for the lug nuts and have the tires plugged. The service person comes out "You need 4 new tires". Huh? The rear tires are like new, front's hardly worn. They wanted $1,200 to replace the tires, BEFORE TAX! I said "No, thanks. Just replace the lock nuts with lug nuts and plug the tires". Service person "No, we won't plug the tires." xxx! They bring me my car, didn't replace the lock nuts and sent me off with 2 slow leaks in the tires. What a bunch of complete xxxxxxx! After my dad spent over $20k on a new car with them and religiously took it there for service and this is how they treat a customer?!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS OR SEND ANYONE THERE!!!!!!!!!!! More

I was going to be charged $75.00 for just the windshield wipers. But no let me know that the back one was $25.00-- I was to ask about a small rust stain but was not given the opportunity. I went to Burlington and bought and they installed them for free, and was able to provide to e a place to deal with the rust. More

Terrible Service Manager I originally came to this dealership for two recalls on my car. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, provided me with excellent service and arranged a shuttle for me. I loved this location as I live five minutes away and it is very convinent for me. My dads friend and our trusted mechanic had discovered an issue with my engine on a separate occasion. It is a known engine knocking sound that Hyundai has been having issues with certain 2L motors in their vechicles. I have called Hyundai Canada twice and they have acknowledged there is in fact a service campain out for this and that I should have no issues having a disganostic run and the dealership should be more then happy to help me figure it out. I called a couple weeks ago and spoke to the service manager Jay Langton and was shut down before I could even fully state my inquiry. I was told originally that there was no known issue and that if there was no recall there was nothing that would be done without a charge. Once I expressed Hyundai Canada had told me there was a service campaign he immediately informed me “if your car is over 100,000 kilometres this conversation is basically void.” He took no time nor wanted to help me with the car that I have just recently purchased from Hyundai. I decided to go visit the dealership in person to see if someone could hopefully help me out and found myself speaking with someone who again was shutting my down as soon as I stated my inquiry. I found out I was again speaking with the same manager that I had spoken with in the phone. I told him I just called the Milton location for a quote on a diagnostic and that it was $54 rather then the $150 he was demanding to even look at my vechicle. He suggested I “scoot on over there then.” The way this service manager speaks to clients is absolutely appalling. I am actually in shock how someone in a managerial position has been so condescending and blantantly rude to one of their clients. I am a paying customer and partly believe because I am young and female and am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to explaining my car problems I was completely disregarded and undervalued. Jay single-handledley has insured I will never be returning, purchasing or recommending this specific dealership again. In conclusion I would not be recommending this dealership for the soul fact this manager has no interest in helping his clients or shows any basic level of respect for his customers. More

Bad attitude Brought my Elantra in for service and advisor (Jay?) said my car needed brake service. I was upset and asked to speak with management, and Derek who apparently runs the place spoke with me. He didn’t know anything about cars and had bad attitude too. Apples don’t fall far from the tree, no wonder the staff are rude there! Never going there again. More
