Disappointing experience I have purchased a vehicle from this dealer and at that time, I had a wonderful,experience. The sales person with whom I dealt was warm, friendly, re I have purchased a vehicle from this dealer and at that time, I had a wonderful,experience. The sales person with whom I dealt was warm, friendly, respectful and honest. This year, I was in the market for a second new vehicle and I went back to hyundai to check out the deals.What a mistake! Unfortunately, the wonderful sales person is no longer at the dealership. The new person with whom I dealt was not great. I was upfront and honest about my budget as I did not want to waste time. I told the sales person I did not want to waste my time and I asked her if my budget was reasonable for what I was proposing. She told me to come back, that she thought it was, indeed, doable and that she understood my budget was firm. I did return and In the end she quoted prices that were double what I had told her I was willing to pay. Why did she waste my time? Did she think I would find extra money on my money tree? Was she using a calculator from a another dimension? Was she trying to squeeze me? Of course I understand that this is sales, but I was completely forthcoming. If only she had been honest in the previous discussion I could have avoided the entire time consuming ordeal. Further, when the numbers were disclosed to me she couldn't explain them. I still do not know how much the entire vehicle purchase price was going to be. The lack of transparency was disconcerting. Such a contrast to the experience I had when I purchased my first Hyundai from this dealer. The first time I purchased from them, Christine (sales person) calculated different scenarios in front of me and asked me questions to ensure I was part of the process. At any rate, this week I purchased my new vehicle ($30,000) from a different manufacturer and dealer as I will never purchase another Hyundai due to the dishonest and disrespectful way I was treated. Next year I will be in the market for a another new vehicle and I will be certain it is not purchased from Hyundai. Does Hyundai make a good product? Of course; however, there are comparable vehicles from which to choose. I choose to support businesses who respect their clients, conduct business in a transparent fashion, and at least pretend or fake some level of empathy. Unfortunately, I did not experience that this time around and it has left a really bad taste in my mouth. More

I recently went this location for service. Worst experience ever with service team. And I been to a lot of different dealer shop for service, but this location service team was the worst. I recentl experience ever with service team. And I been to a lot of different dealer shop for service, but this location service team was the worst. I recently bought a car from this location everything was wonderful until i had a noise and vibration from engine. I brought my car to service first time they told me its normal and nothings wrong and told me its because of dual clutch which is something new to them they dont know until they open and pull it out all the transmission. Made us to visit them for 4 time in 1 week to fix the problem and never heard an apology. My car was in service for two days they provided the another car because I was angry, which they told me to come in early and wait until they fix it which never know how long it will take to fix. And the service manager has the anger attitude towards the customer. Never ever heard an apology from Simon who is service manager. Still very upset and surprised with the customer service what hyindai oakville has. They need to hide their anger and try to make customer happy and satisfy. The first thing they need it to say is sorry, if they did I would not been this angry. I will not recommend this location to any other people who wants to get a service. I'm not even 1% satisfied with the customer service. They should go get more training for customer service More
Absolutely fantastic dealership. I was in search of a difficult to find vehicle with a very specific feature set. Marie was able to accommodate my wishes and got me into the car at a price point that ma difficult to find vehicle with a very specific feature set. Marie was able to accommodate my wishes and got me into the car at a price point that made sense. Other staff members were very friendly and helpful. Car was delivered on the date promised, freshly detailed and ready to go! From start to finish, it was a great experience.
