The absolute worst service department I have ever worked with. I came in last summer to get my AC fixed, they said I needed a new compressor. They install the new compressor and the AC is still not fixed. I with. I came in last summer to get my AC fixed, they said I needed a new compressor. I brought the car back 3 times after that, paid close to $3000 in new parts + labour to find out it was a thermometer issue and the part was 46$. So after spending thousands and dealing with the WORST customer service (particularly the service manager) I will never service my car there again. Save your time and money and go to ANY other hyundai dealership in the GTA. More
I have purchased multiple vehicles from Hyundai of Oakville without issue. But the service department is not something that I would recommend. For my last car I bought the plan where I would use their dealership for oil jobs etc. But there is no way my car will see the inside of their service station again. More
I service my current car here and have always had exceptional service. Looking for a new car I decided to discuss my needs with a sales person here due to my positive service experience. I own a 2017 SantaFe sport. I had to get the engine replaced after breaking down on the 407 on a family trip. I get the car towed to Oakville Hyundai. Once there they advised me I had to get the engine replaced after breaking down on the 407 on a family trip. I get the car towed to Oakville Hyundai. Once there they advised me there was a recall on the engine it was never notified until I had broken down. Took a month to get my car back. On October 12th 2022 I attended my appointment for another recall on another part. I made this appointment a month prior. When I arrived I was advised the part was not available. I asked why I wasn’t notified after taking time off work to attend this appointment. Their answer was, “We should’ve notified you”. I would never buy another Hyundai product or attend this dealership again. Very poor quality and service. More

I was having problems with my 2020 Kona. Yassir Kassabbachi was EXTREMELY helpful in finding a solution to my problem. He was FANTASTIC! Such a caring professional person. I leased a 2022 Kona and it arrived exactly when promised. Yassir had it waiting for me with a big red bow on it! He connected all the "stuff" for the new car and even put on new license plates!!! My husband and I are EXTREMELY pleased with his personal attentiveness. I would give Yassir a 15 out of 10! He always answered our texts making the whole procedure so smooth and worry-free. We are ABSOLUTELY SO pleased with our experience with Yassir!! PS. I love my red 2022 Kona! Great car!! More
Shopping for a new car can be stressful. But I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Hyundai of Oakville. Michael McCleary greeted me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. He had already prepared a package on the car I spoke to him about on the phone. He took the time to go over the package in detail before going for a test drive. Michael explained patiently most of the features of the car. We all have our quirks and mine is that my golf clubs have to fit across the back not length wise. He took the time to walk to my car and carried the heavy golf bag and placed it into the back. And it fit! Finally, a document that I requested was delivered to my house by Michael on his day off. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty and I will recommend Hyundai of Oakville to my friends. Thanks Michael, keep up the good work. More
I have changed oil engin since tow weeks ago, i asked for safety inspection, the tech said to book an appointment but need change balljoint only . The manager said bring from Waterloo the summer rims to see it physically 19”. I told him that i have one tire in my car 19” and it is not rational to travell to Waterloo and back to Oakville to show you all rims??? He must follow the doul and the spirit of book . This is derisory , nauseous , Why the first time did not let me know to bring with me the rims19” from waterloo? What is this rudbess, where is the flexibility , This car I have bought it from Hyandai Oakvill . Iam still feel abhor and disgust to go to Oakville . It was the worst experience . And there are many issues happend as like blackmail and exhausting money for nothing. Oakville branch is not worth . More
