Just Purchased My 2016 Tucson with Hyundai Gallery I had test drove multiple cars when visiting in BC and knew that I wanted a Tucson. I had contacted multiple Calgary Hyundai Dealership's through emai I had test drove multiple cars when visiting in BC and knew that I wanted a Tucson. I had contacted multiple Calgary Hyundai Dealership's through email and Hyundai Gallery were prompt at getting right back. I then booked an appointment for a test drive with Nathan and he was wonderful. I felt completely comfortable purchasing the Tucson as he answered all my questions and showed me multiple Tuscon models and broke down the pricing for each. Dawn managed my financing and she went through every single detail a few times to make sure I understood. I cannot reiterate enough how wonderful and helpful Nathan and Dawn were with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for exceptional service and a stress free purchasing experience More

We have done a ton of research and have nailed down the top 3 cars that we were interested in and wanted to get the feel for each of them to ensure we found the right one for us. We walked around the lot to see which colors and models they had available and after 15 min or so outside, we decided to wander in to find someone as no one had come outside to greet us. We walked into the dealership and there was one gentleman in an office texting. His desk faced outside, so he wouldn't have bee able to see us even if he wasn't texting. We saw two other salesman wandering around, but no one even so much as said hello. We saw a family walk into the office of them employee above and ask for assistance and he finally got up to help them. We waited for another 5 minutes or so and decided to leave and go next door to Calgary Honda, where we received very prompt service. More

Especially when I just could not decide on the color...I shopped around for the best price, the best service and above all the best car. I found all of that at Hyundai Gallery. I love my new 2016 Hyundai Tucson (in Coliseum Grey) even better than my beloved 2007 Vera Cruz that I traded in. I will be back to see Ryan when my kids need their first vehicles! More

Will Avoid this Shop and all Hyundai in Future We bought our car in 2009 and the experience itself was fine. Not excellent, just fine. There was no wiggle room on the price but they did offer 6 y We bought our car in 2009 and the experience itself was fine. Not excellent, just fine. There was no wiggle room on the price but they did offer 6 years of free oil changes and we were told we could even get it done anywhere or do it ourselves, bring a receipt and they would cover the cost. The salesman at the time also told us that we needed to give him a 100% positive review or he wouldn't receive his bonus for the sale and to please rate him well, which made me very uncomfortable as one of the questions on the review was whether or not the sales rep had discussed this with us. I didn't like that he placed us in that position. From there it only got worse. The first time I drove the car (brand new vehicle) there was a faulty gasket and I lost all my break fluid and ability to use my brakes. The vehicle was towed and fixed under warranty, which was fine, but left me feeling nervous. We used their service department and had every recommended service completed. Around 4-5 years of having the car we noticed our lights were burning out quickly and had them replaced only to get home and find a new light burnt out and we would take it in again. This went on for a year and with multiple inquiries and inspections until we finally had to take the car to a different shop for an oil change (we had it done when our winter tires were put on). Not only did they say that they would not cover the oil change despite the agreement when we purchased, they were going to charge us extra for declining services at the next scheduled service. We had a long and somewhat frustrating conversation with them and the management about this. All lights were inspected, the oil change was paid for and the service was done without extra charges, but again, as soon as I got home, 3 more lights burnt out. I took the car the very next day to a different mechanic who replaced the lights a year ago and I have not had to have one replaced since. We never completed our 6 years of free oil changes because we refused to use their service department again. Paying for an oil change elsewhere was far less hassle and the amount of money we lost taking the car in over and over again for bulb replacement negated the savings. I even contacted Hyundai Canada about the bulbs to see if they could investigate or tell me why that Service Department had such a hard time providing a bulb that actually functioned but they offered a generic apology. We are in the market for another vehicle and always planned on getting a Hyundai, but after much frustration and waste of our time, decided we won't ever buy another Hyundai and won't ever buy from Hyundai Gallery or any other shop owned by the same owner (Honda, BMW, etc...). I am more than happy to give my business elsewhere and was relieved to be done with them. More

I never spoke to the same person and everyone had the worst customer service skills. I had to call other dealerships myself to find the car I wanted and if they have such a hard time communicating with other dealerships, it's no wonder that I received the terrible service that I did. More
