They are very friendly and helpful; they keep me well informed of what id going on with my vehicles and answer all my questions with great professionalism. I feel that all too often a company will only be informed when there is something they are not doing well, but in this case I want to let everyone know how impressed I am with all the staff at this location. There are many Hyundai Dealerships in Calgary that are likely a better bet for a satisfactory experience. More

Never recommend to anyone!!! Thought I was making a good decision to go with this dealership. I was wrong on all points. Sales were ok but business office was pushy and overpromised to the point they couldn't meet their agreed commitment on the car. After I signed the documents they suddenly couldn't provide the modification to the car they promised. They did give me a couple of oil changes for free to compensate. Gee, thanks! Would have been a deal breaker if I had known they would not follow through on their promise. Car had several service issues. Block heater failure, trunk release, large scratches on bumper at delivery etc. Service was unfriendly and arrogant. Had to fight for everything. I will NEVER go back and have found tremendous service and friendly support at Precision Hyundai. They are hands down a far better place to deal with. Don't waste your time at the Gallery!!! All they want is the sale and then you are just another thing with cash they want. More
