Even though we had to wait for my color of choice, we were given a loaner car which was extremely convenient. Our sales person, Gregory, kept us informed, and was very professional and personable. Butcher shop! I have brought my car a 2016 Veloster turbo 6 speed manual in 3 times now, starting with a warranty issue with my clutch. They fixed that and when I I have brought my car a 2016 Veloster turbo 6 speed manual in 3 times now, starting with a warranty issue with my clutch. They fixed that and when I got it home I notice a giant scratch on my passenger fender and was in the works of bringing it back to get it fixed. The next day every light in my dash went off and I lost power steering so my car got towed back in where the entire airbag assembly and power steering module and the scratch. I drove my car for 2 weeks and had to bring it back in because my clutch was slipping and my rpm's would just get high with no acceleration. I brought it in and a week later they told me they contacted the engineers to help solve the issue which led them to replacing the clutch plate which took a week to get the parts and fix it. On October 31st 2018 they called said my car was ready for pick up. When I showed up I checked out my car to see if there was damage and my entire passenger side door was scratched up and a small dent from the door that hit it. The service manager left for the day and I called him to leave a message asking to phone me back first thing in the morning. It is now November 1 2018 11am and still no response. More

I purchased my vehicle here and initially received good service as they wanted to sell me the vehicle.... however, once I purchased the vehicle it all went downhill from there. They switched over my winter times to my summers and the wheel almost fell off. They did not care and laughed me off two different times about the situation. I let my salesguy Nathan know and he didn't even have the decency to respond to the email. They do not care about your well being there - only sales. More
Pleasantly surprising experience ! I have purchased a number of vehicles in my time, both new and used, from dealers and privately. Given this, I think I can honestly say I have experie I have purchased a number of vehicles in my time, both new and used, from dealers and privately. Given this, I think I can honestly say I have experienced a bit of the best and worst of the automobile market. This time however it was a bit different. This time it was a first car for my daughter. After visiting several other dealerships one day, we wandered into Hyundai Gallery. We were welcomed right away, and the Salesman Gregory was very helpful. The test drive went well, and the following day we went back and started negotiating. We quickly agreed on a price, and four years of my daughter’s savings were spent. As with any used car there can be an issue or two that is discovered afterward, however the Pre-owned sales manager Curtis assured us that if there were any problems, he would help us. So away we went. Two days later, a problem developed. This is usually where you discover whether you made a good or bad decision on who to trust in the automobile sales and service market. We went back to Hyundai Gallery and the first person to greet us was Curtis. We explained the problem, and to my complete surprise, he asked us to wait and immediately asked the service shop foreman Garrett to join us. Garrett went out to the car, diagnosed the problem, and Curtis booked us into the service centre to get the issue resolved. From a father’s perspective, knowing that his daughters first car buying and service experience was this good, and that both the sales and service team are willing to go out of their way to provide top notch care, you really can’t ask for much more. So a big shout-out to Greg, Curtis and Garrett for everything. Please keep up the good work. More
Blatant misrepresentation of service requirements The service team is either incompetent, deceitful or both. I have dealt with this dealership for approximately 15 years, leased two vehicles and purchased one. They consistently try to upsell there services and products and clearly aren't knowledgeable about there own products in regards to servicing and trouble shooting. I am sadly terminating my relations with this dealership as they treat me as though i am an uniformed and stupid individual. I only hope that people will educate themselves in regards to what is actually required maintenance or only a recommendation from the manufacturer especially when it comes to things that they claim effect the warranty and what actually effects the warranty as per Hyundai Canada. I will also say that I have consistently had my vehicles serviced here and nowhere else... until now. My views and opinions are mine and I reserve them in the name of living in a free and democratic society, Canada. My intention is not slander anyone, only sharing consumer opinions and information. More

Great place to buy a car We bought our Santa Fe here and the service was fantastic. They walked us through the process, showed us a few cars and even let us test drive 4 diff We bought our Santa Fe here and the service was fantastic. We met the GM when we worked out payments and he made the transaction simple. We will be returning for our next vehicle from them. More

I explained I needed a day to think about it he said no problem take your time gave me his card and told me to call him. The next day I called to accept his offer and he told me he spoke to the used car manager and he doesn't want it after agreeing to the purchase. I would of accepted it that day but was told I had time. Shady buisness and one of the worst managers I have dealt with. His explanation on the phone was childish and pathetic.
