Inherited a 2015 Genesis after he passed away and this was the regular spot my Dad had used to service his vehicle due to proximity. It took 5 times to personally ask for the dealership to stop calling me by my deceased fathers name after supposedly creating a file under my name each time and asking them to remove his. The customer service is abysmal outside of the one guy who is excellent there named Louise. No one smiles, they push sales on you, it’s over priced and they upsell you on wheel alignments and storage every single xxxx time that you go in. Then the cherry on top was that I was quoted $1800 on an urgent fix for resealing the oil pan. I was quoted by 5 other spots from $350 to the absolute highest being $700. I take it in to another mechanic and he wouldn’t even charge me because he said that there was 1 drop of oil and no work needed to be done other than maybe a quick clean up. Scummy spot and until Genesis gets their own mechanics and stops using Hyundai it’s enough to not buy a Genesis because of this. Hyundai is absolute garbage. More

NEVER BUY FROM HERE! I bought a Santa Cruz about a year ago. For more than half that the AWD has not worked. I’ve taken it in to be fixed 8 times. As of writing it’s been sitting in their shop for a month and a half. They never even offered a loaner. I asked for one 3 weeks ago and I still have nothing. Ridiculous. I’ve contacted Hyundai Canada 6 times to tell them how dangerous this vehicle has become. They don’t seem to care either. HUGE RIP OFF! More
I made an appointment to have the oil changed and the winter tires put on. An hour and a half would be reasonable to have the work done. I told them I need my car and I went back to get it expecting they would reschedule my appointment. I didn't get any apology or offer to reschedule. What I did get from the service person was a lot of arrogance and a condescending attitude that it was my fault that my car wasn't serviced because I didn't tell them what time I wanted my car back. They never asked me when I wanted it back! Absolutely a horrible and demeaning experience I had with the service person. The service manager listened in the whole time and never said a word. I bought the car there and it is still under warranty, but I am never returning to that dealership. More

Customer service is POOR. Took car in with 17000km and told if we didn't order the $18.00 Fuel Injector fluid they would cancel the free oil and filter deal (paid for at time Took car in with 17000km and told if we didn't order the $18.00 Fuel Injector fluid they would cancel the free oil and filter deal (paid for at time of purchase for life or sold the car). Hyundai has Fuel injector cleaner (suggested) to me that is an OPTION not a reason to threaten to cancel something we purchased. In short They bullied us into something that; 1. I don't use (Costco Fuel has detergents already) 2. The car is low milage and driven daily. 3. No signs of injector problems. 4. It should be add to a full tank not half empty (I don't believe in it but have read up on it years ago). My biggest problem with the dealer is pushing unnecessary items! More
Im happy with my new vehicle but the customer service is lacking. I came in to pick up my new vehicle and sat here for two hours waiting for "paperwork" and it still took another hour before it was all done lacking.
