I have asked 3 times about the cost of getting a spare key and being told they wouldn't even start looking at it till I paid $200 upfront, then whatever costs they added after that. Didn't make for a feel key and being told they wouldn't even start looking at it till I paid $200 upfront, then whatever costs they added after that. Didn't make for a feeling of confidence. I asked if I couldn't just go to a locksmith. They told me absolutely not because the key was electronic. Well, my key and ignition were dysfunctional yesterday, the wait list for an appointment would be a week - without use of my car. I called a locksmith and they had all the work done, including 2 new keys and fixing the ignition done in 3 hours. Thanks - NOT - for the honesty! More
