Took my breath away So I, as a first-time Nissan buyer, wanted a super-cheap dependable Nissan Micra. My sales person was Dave Nguyen, a friendly man who answered every So I, as a first-time Nissan buyer, wanted a super-cheap dependable Nissan Micra. My sales person was Dave Nguyen, a friendly man who answered every question clearly. I had a lot of questions. He was incredibly patient. Then I met Frank, the finance man. He made everything clear, sold me a great anti-rust guarantee and a super-good warranty that may outlive me. Then there was a spot of bother. We had agreed on a Micra S in a Caspian Sea colour. They located one, but the dealer who had it failed to deliver it--he sold it instead. Amazingly, Hunt Club Nissan honoured the deal--by substituting an SV for the S, a simply massive upgrade, at the originally-agreed price! They must have taken a heck of a hit. But they remained patient and friendly throughout. I drove my new car off the lot today. Dave and Frank shook my hand, and Dave showed me how everything in the car worked, all the bells and whistles, before he too saw me off. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. Friendly and honourable. Five stars, in every respect. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE I BOUGHT A NISSAN SENTRA 2013 SV FROM THEM IN JULY 2014. I HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL MY BUSINESS AND ALSO ALL THE REPAIRS I HAVE MADE. THEY QUOTED ME ON MY MOST RECENT REPAIRS AT 3 K BUT I WAS NOT HAVING THAT. I WENT TO CANADIAN TIRE AT AFTER TAKES THEY HAD CHARGED ME 1200. AND NISSAN HUNT CLUB TOOK 145 FOR A VEHICLE INSPECTION WHICH IS ABSOLUTE xxxxxxxx. I WOULD ADVISE STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONEY HUNGRY THEIVES AND GO TO HONEST PEOPLE More

Genuine Ken was absolutely fantastic when I was trying to decide on which car to purchase. Lease or finance? Which year? Color? Can I test drive it? Again? Ken was absolutely fantastic when I was trying to decide on which car to purchase. Lease or finance? Which year? Color? Can I test drive it? Again? This was my first time leasing, and was my first new car. As such I had a lot of questions about everything and I'm sure I was annoying. But Ken didn't mind- really, he didn't mind at all. He was always excellent in timely correspondence, patient, explained everything sometimes twice or three times. My only regret is that I didn't meet him in person sooner, rather than on the big day I picked up my beautiful, shiny red 2017 Rogue SL Platinum with reserve trim! I met him and was startled to find how genuine he was. He's relaxed, very pleasant, knowledgable and very professional. And his relaxed, pleasant ways are genuine, nothing phoney there. I was nervous about the whole process, but I was reassured when I met Ken that I was in good hands, and ultimately, if I had a problem... It wouldn't be a problem. I look forward to dealing with Ken over the next four years of my lease, and have no worries that I'm completely taken care of. More

We've always been very happy with the service we've received from the service team. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Ken Seger who was not pushy at all, and very helpful in getting us a deal we were very happy with for a new 2016 Rogue. We would certainly recommend Ken to anyone looking for a Nissan, and would definitely do business again with him for future vehicle purchases. Ali Adnan was also very helpful in closing our deal. Thanks for a very good experience overall from the Hunt Club Nissan team. More
Poor Customer Service and follow up from Service Advisors Most recently, the car was in for repairs @845 am with an appointment booked well in advance. I need it car to be ready for pick up by 2pm the latest, Most recently, the car was in for repairs @845 am with an appointment booked well in advance. I need it car to be ready for pick up by 2pm the latest, so to avoid arriving late to work that starts at 3 pm, which I cleared and received confirmation from the Advisor that it won;t be a problem. Because I figured it will take me at least 30 minutes to get to work on time due to rough road conditions on that day. Instead the car was ready for pick up at 2:40 pm and thus I was late to work on that day. I was also advised that paperwork will be emailed to my email address after realizing of the delay, After calling 2 days later about the paperwork, I was informed that the email address bounced back because I gave them the wrong email address. The advisor tried to defer the issue on me as if it was my fault for not receiving the paperwork on time. Then again, why the advisor had not tried to contact me via phone to inform me of this ahead of time? Moreover, the car twice went in for same type of repairs in less than 6 months. No one from the advisor had bothered to identify this issue, and when asked by me the answer I received was it was covered under warranty. Of course, it's normal for 30000 km car roughly 2 years old to go in to the shop within a spam of few months for the same type of repairs. Now, what happens when warranty runs out and the issue persists afterwards. Up till now I still do not know why the same problem persists without taking into consideration my time and inconvenience for same type repairs. I am certainly not satisfied with this type of service especially where the I as a customer do not feel appreciated, and still awaiting for answers. For going in for same type of repairs twice within a small period time frame in a fairly new car. I do not find this acceptable. More
