I called Nissan Service today to book ( i am new customer) tire change, oil change and overall check for my nissan rogue. I was hung up twice and finally after several more attempts i spoke to some customer) tire change, oil change and overall check for my nissan rogue. I was hung up twice and finally after several more attempts i spoke to someone. I explained to her what had happened and she really didn't care what was happening to be honest. I then ask if they charge for winter tire change when doing an oil change and overall check and she said yes they would also charge me 70.00 for this. I decided to call Toyota which is less than a block and they do not charge extra. I do not recommend this place atleast on the customer service side. I really wanted to deal with them but after 2 hang ups and an extra charge, i will ask Toyota if they can service my nissan. More
Not even sure where to begin. I was told someone was supposed to call me and let know, but because I had other concerns they decided not to notify me… bare in mind, we only brought up our other concerns because we were going into the dealership for the recall, which never got fixed. I was then told that my brakes are completely seized (my vehicle is 2 years and 3 months old). The dealer is refusing to give me any reason as to why my brakes are ceased, and they have seized so badly that they’ve warped the rotors. The manager told me that this is my fault for not having annual brake inspections done…. Which I thought I was because I purchased the servicing package and have had my oil changed at this dealership every 4 months since purchasing the vehicle. To “be kind” the service center said told me the front rotors could be covered under warranty.. except they won’t cover the labour under warranty, and they won’t honour this unless I have my brakes and calipers changed with them.. the back rotors are too worn, so they aren’t covered.. but since the front are only a little they are… I know, I can’t make sense of this either. I asked if the dealership would give me the parts since they were covering them under partial warranty but were charging for the labour, and they refused. I have had nothing but problems with the dealership and service center, and I will never purchase a Nissan again. It is insane to me that my car has had so many engine recalls on it in only 2 years, and that the service employees can’t give me a straight answer as to what or why parts on an almost new vehicle are so worn down. To make everything just a bit extra frustrating, the service manager told me that their service center has their own policies in place and expectations of how often a vehicle should be maintained, which does not correlate with the manufacturer requirements!!! So they are choosing to not cover parts of my vehicle that for failing to maintain the car to their service standards, and no manufacturer standards. More
