They tell you they are giving you a discount for something and then they add the cost back in on another part they are very devious in their pricing. On lease buyout they try to gouge their clients by demanding additional fees not listed in the contract. When the customer refuses to be gouged, they will no longer fulfill their obligations. Had an argument with Sales Manager-Mike for pricing and valuation, first time I've seen someone so rude to customers and so arrogant. It's the first time I have to argue with the dealership manager. The salesperson was very unprofessional. No explanation of the car features. He showed no passionate to his job at all.
