I did my homework and did my research online and found good reviews on both Humberview and Joe Warner. I emailed Joe and to my surprise heard back quickly. Booked a time to meet at the dealership. I was not disappointed. My experience was awesome. Joe was informative and kind. He answered all my questions and not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He made me feel like I was the most important person there. From the second I heard from him by email to the moment I picked up my car Joe would go out of his way to make sure I was happy with the process. Now that was 8 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my new car but what really impressed me is that despite the sale being done Joe still is willing to answer questions I may have by responding to my email very quickly with a professional, courteous, kind response. Talk about going above and beyond. As I told him I have no problem voicing my displeasure when I get bad service so I feel it equally important to be vocal about great service. You need to buy a new car or even just get info, go see Joe. You won’t be disappointed. You may even have fun buying a new car. Tell him Rob sent you. Haha. Good luck to you new VW buyers.
