Disrespectful Of My Knowledge About Cars Took the car for oil change and they completed it alright. I noticed while driving away that the headlight is out. Made an appointment and paid $60 to Took the car for oil change and they completed it alright. I noticed while driving away that the headlight is out. Made an appointment and paid $60 to change it. Drove away and noticed one of the running headlight (same side as the headlight) was out. Made appointment to replace it and found out the casing burnt out and in need of replacement at a cost of $500. Both instances were labelled coincidences! I disagree and continue to fight with them to pay some of the replacement cost. I have not experienced such a poor workmanship or service in my 37 years of driving cars. I love the car and hate their service! More

Deceitful Staff Overall, customer service is not their priority. They don't listen to what you want; instead, try to force on you of what is left on their lot. They are untruthful & don't give straight answers--absolute lies which I caught them in. Cowards when challenged of their error. I regret giving Humberview VW my business. Also, read your financing contract over carefully. I found "misprints" which I believe were deliberately done to get more money from me. Snakes. They certainly will not get any recommendations or vehicle service ever from me. It would have been worth it to drive an extra distance to purchase from another VW dealer. This was my worst vehicle purchase experience ever. The final kicker: Sales person begging for a 100 % on the Customer Experience Survey because anything less is considered a fail. More
very unprofessional. dealership did not sign all paperwork and had to return. After purchasing tried to use pressure tactics to buy another vehicle instead they wanted to get off their lot. Humberview tried to say vehicle wasn't available then would say things like would have to pay to have it shipped from another city even though already paid $1600 for shipping in price. Sales staff not returning calls and would advise you look elsewhere or be sure your vehicle is ordered directly from factory if they don't have it, RIGHT AWAY BEFORE YOU LEAVE and in dealership office, full stop.
