Hadi Chmait, who helped us with the sales of both cars, went above and beyond to ensure that both my sister and I got an amazing deal on two brand new Jettas. He was beyond friendly and ensured that we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time. He offered us coffee, helped us explore our options and took us for multiple test drives. In addition to going above and beyond while purchasing, the team was also ahead of schedule when preparing the vehicles. My sister's car had to be ordered but that did not deter them from making sure our expectations with the dates were met. Overall, both me and my sister had a pleasant experience at Humberview Volkswagen, all thanks to Hadi and the rest of the team. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. More

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN I initially went in just to look at a car and ask a few questions and Hadi went above and beyond to help me out. He brought me on more than one test drive, talk to my father introduced me to the other staff, offered me coffee and sat with me until Jihan was able to see me. Jihan was amazing and put my fears about financing to rest, they also introduced me to Nick as he would be delivering my car on the pick up date. After all of this was completed it was after their closing time and Hadi still took the time to walk me to my car. They are now my second family and humberview Volkswagon is my second home! It was all handled in a professional and with courtesy. The quality of the work was excellent and all done in a timely fashion. And note the car is 7 years old and out of the regular warranty . Id like to make a special note to one of the employees. Her name is Lisa and I believe a service or office manager. The times and attention I have received from her is one of the key reasons we go back to Humberview. It will always be our VW dealership of choice.. In saying so, one of our company employees is picking a new Toureag today. Mainly because of the service over the past few years and again Lisa. Always friendly, smile , and remembers our names .
