Great Car Buying and Service Experience I have purchased 2 Golfs from Humberview VW, my most recent being a 2018. After test driving other brands of cars and trying to negotiate with other I have purchased 2 Golfs from Humberview VW, my most recent being a 2018. After test driving other brands of cars and trying to negotiate with other dealers, I returned to Humberview VW. The car buying experience there is easy and enjoyable. They do not use high pressure sales tactics, nor do they talk in circles and try to up-sell They negotiate fairly and provide all the necessary information for you to make an informed decision about your purchase. The level of customer service at this dealership is impeccable. The sales staff are professional, courteous and polite, and they go out of their way to give you a great experience. This also goes for the service department. I did all my maintenance for my last car at the dealership and there were never any surprises. They are one of the best in the GTA. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new VW in the future. More

Horrible experience. Never again! Long time customer. Brought my car in for an oil change and not only was the washer fluid NOT topped up when I went to top it up myself I found the di Long time customer. What kind of shoddy work is being done at this shop? Did they even change my oil? They just lost a long time customer. Was also told I needed new shocks. Brought my car to another independent for a second opinion and shocks are fine but they did find a cracked spring which was missed by Humberview. In short, Humberview are crooks who perform shoddy service. Don’t take your car to Humberview. More
