Other than frank, my experiences with this dealership have been nothing short of frustrating and quite honestly, Insulting. Coming from a service industry myself, it’s disappointing to experience no consistency in their level of service and only made matters worse when my encounters with the management was 100x worse than what I experienced on the floor. My issues with this dealership have yet to be resolved and I can wholeheartedly say that I will not be recommending his dealership to anyone, let alone be giving them my own business moving forward. It’s very disappointing that a brand such as VW would allow such mismanagement under their name. More
