Fist service appointment I decide to go to this dealer because I bought a VW car and I thougt I could meet all my needs there.My overall experience was no pleasant as shuttle I decide to go to this dealer because I bought a VW car and I thougt I could meet all my needs there.My overall experience was no pleasant as shuttle was late both way around. I inquired about two accessories for the car and one of them was no possible to get even when I saw the same car as my with the accessory installed.The other accessory was only available if you buy a set.The customer service was no great either.This is a convenient dealer for me as it is close to home and work but I was really disappointed my first day.
