Finance manger, Gayle, was a nightmare! Unfortunately, we were not treated with respect when FINALIZING a sale! It was my expectation that the vehicle would be cleaned (at least exterior) as Unfortunately, we were not treated with respect when FINALIZING a sale! It was my expectation that the vehicle would be cleaned (at least exterior) as we were there to "veiw and sign." When we asked about the vehicle being detailed, Gayle ripped my face off and was extremely agressive about Honda not wanting to accrue any cost until it was officially purchased. Pretty difficult to veiw and inspect a vehicle when the exterior is not properly cleaned, fingers crossed I guess? We also had to put a $500.00 deposit on this vehicle as it was being shipped to the dealership, the explanation for this cost was to ensure they weren't paying out of their pocket to get it here and cleaned if we didn't end up wanting it. So obviously if we didn't want it, the $500.00 deposit would have been a loss. I understand it not being a fully detailed interior, but seriously? You can't fork out a car wash?! Absolutely ridiculous treatment when buying a +$32 000 2019 vehicle! Now we have to come back to get it detailed and we drove away in a new uncleaned vehicle. Really leaves a poor improssion of the dealership. Gayle, you negatively impacted this vehicle buying experience. Thankfully we were treated respectfully by our saleperson and sales manger and they are the only reason we would ever return. More

Awesome, Easy, and Stress Free Experience I had not bought a new vehicle since 2006, and I spent a lot of time shopping around trying to figure out the type of vehicle I wanted as well as the I had not bought a new vehicle since 2006, and I spent a lot of time shopping around trying to figure out the type of vehicle I wanted as well as the brand. I had visited many dealerships in Red Deer, but what I enjoyed about Patrick and Moe is that they never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured at all. I had asked for a written quote and I had it emailed to me within a few hours, I had many, many questions and they were very patient and took the time to explain things to me and if they didn't know the answer they would look into it and get back to me. My experience first started with Patrick, he was great and kept in touch but not in a pushy way, just wanted to know how things were going and if I had more questions. Even when Patrick was involved in a personal incident that caused him to be unavailable at work, he still text me and put me in touch with Moe so that my shopping experience was not interrupted. Moe was great, he took right over and I was not inconvenienced at all. When I made the decision to go with the 2018 CRV Touring, I was very happy with the negotiations, and Jessie in the finance department made things so easy, right down to contacting our insurance agent and facilitating insurance and registration. I am very happy with my new SUV and with the quality of service I have received so far from the Red Deer Honda Team, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Ask for Patrick or Moe :) More
Nothing went right from day1 Initial sales and negotiation went well,after that not so good. Had a trailer hitch installed.Went to pick up my new trailer and the electrical connections for the trailer lights did not work.Brought it back to Honda,they tested it and sure enough there was no current,The tech searched the fuse box and sure enough a fuse was missing,The shop guy then asked if i had removed the fuse.Make sense of that.My reply was did you test your work upon initial completion of the install.NO ANSWER. Initial purchase included free oil/filter then after 3-4 changes suddenly I was required to have all service at Honda,then again I did not have it in writing so shame on me. Now my paint is PEELING OFF the drivers side sliding door.Service told me that my warranty was up,could be stone chip and water gets under paint,and the van was 4.5 yrs old with 123000km.Oh wait,pressure washer may have caused this.Such an insult to anyones intelligence.Guess if you never wash your care and trade it off before 123000 km you need not worry about the paint. Guess I`m just one of the small minority that never had a good experience there. It is now about 2 weeks since I was told that nothing could be done.I just received a call from the service manager, who had since spoke with a regional manager,advising me that Honda would cover the paint repair for the sliding door.They were very pleasant and accommodating about the issue. I just picked my van up from Honda.The paint job on the sliding door is excellent.The staff in the service dept. were excellent today.I must therefore change my rating to 4.5 for this particular service. Thank you Honda. More

The website was extremely helpful, and up to date. I was able to shop online. I sent and inquiry on what I thought was an amazing deal and received a response only hours later from Charles. Charles booked me an appointment which fit my schedule, and when I arrived I had my young daughter with me and a list of features I required for my new SUV. Charles was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle of my choosing and without pressure showed me all the features, and gave me a good half hour to test drive the vehicle, while he assessed my trade. It was a smooth service. I felt comfortable to discuss all the details and did not feel rushed, I felt I understood all the options, fees and incentives. 4 days later I picked up my vehicle and the rest of the team was very helpful in getting my family and I into the new vehicle to head home - all on a tight schedule. I left feeling like I understood everything about the sale. This is my third time dealing with a dealership, and this was by far the smoothest experience of all. Charles has also made him self available for any quick questions I had, and made sure all the incentives have been delivered to me! - I have only great things to say so far! More
Protection packages I added the protection package that i thought it will be worth it unfortunately they installed it like in a rush there was bubbles all over it.
