Terrible experience the finance dept didn't know anything about what was discussed and treated me like I had no idea about what I was talking about in terms of my sale sh the finance dept didn't know anything about what was discussed and treated me like I had no idea about what I was talking about in terms of my sale she shut me down, spoke to me like I was her child. She also made me feel like I was not reliable or honest where I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years. The manger could not even take the time to come discuss the matter but instead made me feel like I was a delinquent in terms of my word. She was intimidating, slammed the door and was rude in her manner. I will NEVER go to this place again. I will let everyone know that the two individuals were exceptionally poor and disrespectful. I was given no apology and asked to reschedule. I declined. The service department in my previous experiences caused me grief each time as well. The last time Honda did make a good effort to rectify, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I have zero confidence in this service department. My next Honda will not be purchased here because I have no faith in its service. I am currently interested in upgrading my CRV. Their loss. Mine too. More

Jason was working with us and was very professional UNTIL we sat down to talk numbers. We asked what they were willing to do for us in terms of any sort of incentive or deal. As we are VW TDi owners, there are a lot of incentives being offered by VW to try and entice us to stay with VW despite the gongshow of "dieselgate". Jason told us that the 2017's were very popular and they were selling a lot of them, so they weren't willing to do anything. Jason couldn't seem to get that it wasn't the price that was the issue. It was the attitude of "we don't have to do anything for you" that turned us off. He even kept trying to push the 2016 on us because it would be lower payments, even after repeatedly telling him we weren't interested in a 2016. When you go car shopping, you expect to haggle a bit. You know you are likely not going to get everything that you ask for, but any dealer who wants your business is willing to throw in a little something. Maybe because I'm female they thought that I would treat car shopping like grocery shopping - the price on the shelf is the price you pay. When Jason called to follow up, I responded to him via text and told him exactly this. His response was as follows "I'm sorry you feel this way. I have hundreds of satisfied customers, that have a different opinion than yours. I'm happy you found a "deal" you were satisfied with and we couldn't provide that for you." Again, it had very little to do with the $$. It wasn't that they "couldn't" provide us with a deal - they outright didn't even try. The dealership that we did end up at sat across from us and literally said "What do we have to do to convince you to buy with us?" Not treating us like the dealership is doing us a favour by being willing to sell us a vehicle at sticker price. More

vehicle inspections went to honda dealership today feb 23 2017! for thr recall for my passenger airbag! and then they handed me the vehcile inspection. i asked who did t went to honda dealership today feb 23 2017! for thr recall for my passenger airbag! and then they handed me the vehcile inspection. i asked who did the inspection and they say's it a journey man! they just check all green wich means its working or good. and then i just noticed my fog lights not working for honda civic 2007 si they marked it green and then they told me they just probably missed to check the fog lights and i asked them why its green! when i checked it it wasnt working! and then they marked it the inner tire for both rears for dually! wich is my car is not a dually on rears! what kind of freaking inspection is this that you handed to the customer!!! and then the manager!! give me another inspection that my fog light is not working! they just literally write down instead of checking why is not working!! and then they says that i have a bulb on my glove box for fog light so they assume that my fog light is not working at all! i told them thats my original bulb! and the one that i have on it right now is aftermarket! its pretty poor service! speacially its a dealership! they dont even give me a choice or whatever! i believed the mechanical inspection you handed to customer supoosed to be right and inspect properly! i would not recommened bringing your vehcile here in honda dealership in red deer!!! and i will report this dealership for doing this inspection not right!!! they just guessing on inspection! Professional Dealership From booking my appointment, to the completion of the services required was absolutely professional. The first service person signed me in and asked if there was anything else they could do. I need a block heater, "we can accommodate that" he said. "Our shop has lunch, ( np by me), from 12-1, I will have you out at 2pm". Done. Shuttle? 6 times in 2.5 hours, pleasant guys, nice lounge, what more did I need? 1:30 pm, nice, ready to go, no antifreeze dripping, new keys, and reasonable cost/ good value. Perfect! Parts/sales people are great, good sense of humor, I was there 2.5 hours, talked to a few. All in all, it was a really nice change to use a dealership with this type of overall integrity evident in the staff. I highly recommend the dealership.
