The website was extremely helpful, and up to date. I was able to shop online. I sent and inquiry on what I thought was an amazing deal and received a response only hours later from Charles. Charles booked me an appointment which fit my schedule, and when I arrived I had my young daughter with me and a list of features I required for my new SUV. Charles was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle of my choosing and without pressure showed me all the features, and gave me a good half hour to test drive the vehicle, while he assessed my trade. It was a smooth service. I felt comfortable to discuss all the details and did not feel rushed, I felt I understood all the options, fees and incentives. 4 days later I picked up my vehicle and the rest of the team was very helpful in getting my family and I into the new vehicle to head home - all on a tight schedule. I left feeling like I understood everything about the sale. This is my third time dealing with a dealership, and this was by far the smoothest experience of all. Charles has also made him self available for any quick questions I had, and made sure all the incentives have been delivered to me! - I have only great things to say so far! More
Protection packages I added the protection package that i thought it will be worth it unfortunately they installed it like in a rush there was bubbles all over it. Terrible experience the finance dept didn't know anything about what was discussed and treated me like I had no idea about what I was talking about in terms of my sale sh the finance dept didn't know anything about what was discussed and treated me like I had no idea about what I was talking about in terms of my sale she shut me down, spoke to me like I was her child. She also made me feel like I was not reliable or honest where I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years. The manger could not even take the time to come discuss the matter but instead made me feel like I was a delinquent in terms of my word. She was intimidating, slammed the door and was rude in her manner. I will NEVER go to this place again. I will let everyone know that the two individuals were exceptionally poor and disrespectful. Poor service Scheduled an appointment. When I arrived as scheduled, which I had written down clearly, (I explained that Saturday Aug 5 was the only time convenient Scheduled an appointment. I was given no apology and asked to reschedule. I declined. The service department in my previous experiences caused me grief each time as well. The last time Honda did make a good effort to rectify, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I have zero confidence in this service department. My next Honda will not be purchased here because I have no faith in its service. I am currently interested in upgrading my CRV. Their loss. Mine too. More

Loved the 2017 - hated t Visited the dealership in March as we were starting our hunt to replace our VW TDi. Test drove both the 2016 and 2017 CR-V. Loved the 2017 - hated the 2016. Jason was working with us and was very professional UNTIL we sat down to talk numbers. We asked what they were willing to do for us in terms of any sort of incentive or deal. As we are VW TDi owners, there are a lot of incentives being offered by VW to try and entice us to stay with VW despite the gongshow of "dieselgate". Jason told us that the 2017's were very popular and they were selling a lot of them, so they weren't willing to do anything. Jason couldn't seem to get that it wasn't the price that was the issue. It was the attitude of "we don't have to do anything for you" that turned us off. He even kept trying to push the 2016 on us because it would be lower payments, even after repeatedly telling him we weren't interested in a 2016. When you go car shopping, you expect to haggle a bit. You know you are likely not going to get everything that you ask for, but any dealer who wants your business is willing to throw in a little something. Maybe because I'm female they thought that I would treat car shopping like grocery shopping - the price on the shelf is the price you pay. When Jason called to follow up, I responded to him via text and told him exactly this. His response was as follows "I'm sorry you feel this way. I have hundreds of satisfied customers, that have a different opinion than yours. I'm happy you found a "deal" you were satisfied with and we couldn't provide that for you." Again, it had very little to do with the $$. It wasn't that they "couldn't" provide us with a deal - they outright didn't even try. The dealership that we did end up at sat across from us and literally said "What do we have to do to convince you to buy with us?" Not treating us like the dealership is doing us a favour by being willing to sell us a vehicle at sticker price. More
