Nothing went right from day1 Initial sales and negotiation went well,after that not so good. Had a trailer hitch installed.Went to pick up my new trailer and the electrical connections for the trailer lights did not work.Brought it back to Honda,they tested it and sure enough there was no current,The tech searched the fuse box and sure enough a fuse was missing,The shop guy then asked if i had removed the fuse.Make sense of that.My reply was did you test your work upon initial completion of the install.NO ANSWER. Initial purchase included free oil/filter then after 3-4 changes suddenly I was required to have all service at Honda,then again I did not have it in writing so shame on me. Now my paint is PEELING OFF the drivers side sliding door.Service told me that my warranty was up,could be stone chip and water gets under paint,and the van was 4.5 yrs old with 123000km.Oh wait,pressure washer may have caused this.Such an insult to anyones intelligence.Guess if you never wash your care and trade it off before 123000 km you need not worry about the paint. Guess I`m just one of the small minority that never had a good experience there. It is now about 2 weeks since I was told that nothing could be done.I just received a call from the service manager, who had since spoke with a regional manager,advising me that Honda would cover the paint repair for the sliding door.They were very pleasant and accommodating about the issue. I just picked my van up from Honda.The paint job on the sliding door is excellent.The staff in the service dept. were excellent today.I must therefore change my rating to 4.5 for this particular service. Charles booked me an appointment which fit my schedule, and when I arrived I had my young daughter with me and a list of features I required for my new SUV. Charles was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle of my choosing and without pressure showed me all the features, and gave me a good half hour to test drive the vehicle, while he assessed my trade. It was a smooth service. I felt comfortable to discuss all the details and did not feel rushed, I felt I understood all the options, fees and incentives. 4 days later I picked up my vehicle and the rest of the team was very helpful in getting my family and I into the new vehicle to head home - all on a tight schedule. I left feeling like I understood everything about the sale. This is my third time dealing with a dealership, and this was by far the smoothest experience of all. Charles has also made him self available for any quick questions I had, and made sure all the incentives have been delivered to me! - I have only great things to say so far! More

Protection packages I added the protection package that i thought it will be worth it unfortunately they installed it like in a rush there was bubbles all over it. Terrible experience the finance dept didn't know anything about what was discussed and treated me like I had no idea about what I was talking about in terms of my sale sh the finance dept didn't know anything about what was discussed and treated me like I had no idea about what I was talking about in terms of my sale she shut me down, spoke to me like I was her child. She also made me feel like I was not reliable or honest where I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years. The manger could not even take the time to come discuss the matter but instead made me feel like I was a delinquent in terms of my word. She was intimidating, slammed the door and was rude in her manner. I will NEVER go to this place again. I will let everyone know that the two individuals were exceptionally poor and disrespectful. Poor service Scheduled an appointment. When I arrived as scheduled, which I had written down clearly, (I explained that Saturday Aug 5 was the only time convenient Scheduled an appointment. I was given no apology and asked to reschedule. I declined. The service department in my previous experiences caused me grief each time as well. The last time Honda did make a good effort to rectify, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I have zero confidence in this service department. My next Honda will not be purchased here because I have no faith in its service. I am currently interested in upgrading my CRV. Their loss. Mine too. More
