I had my tires rotated and change for winter tires and was told it would take an hour but it turned out to be closer to 2 1/2. Other people in the waiting room experience the same long wait and we’re very was told it would take an hour but it turned out to be closer to 2 1/2. I don’t understand how you book a certain time and still have to wait two hours for an appointment at 9 o’clock in the morning. More
