In August 2021, I was in the market for a 2021 CRV Black Edition, and from my online searches, I contacted at least a few dealerships, but none replied to me as quickly as Honda Queensway. My request was pl Edition, and from my online searches, I contacted at least a few dealerships, but none replied to me as quickly as Honda Queensway. My request was placed when the dealership was already closed, yet I received a reply so soon from Alex Ding of Queensway Honda. I was impressed by the response time (7 minutes after the auto-reply from the dealership site that they were already closed). (See attached copy of the text message I received). A quick response was precisely what I was expecting at that time, and my expectations were met. In addition, when I received the delivery of my 2022 CRV Black Edition back in November 2021, I received an excellent "Walkthrough" of the ins and outs of the vehicle from your technical guy, Jay (I hope I got the name right). So far, my experiences with this dealership, from the sales rep to the accounting office of Kayla, are good... Good job, Honda Queensway! Good job, Alex Ding and Kayla Kille. More

I had my tires rotated and change for winter tires and was told it would take an hour but it turned out to be closer to 2 1/2.
