Horrible Dealership Purchased a car here earlier this month, came in from out of town to buy the vehicle - arranged with the sales person to have the car ready for pick-u Purchased a car here earlier this month, came in from out of town to buy the vehicle - arranged with the sales person to have the car ready for pick-up saturday morning at 9:00am. The dealership failed on multiple levels; - Car was not ready at the time agreed up, waited for 1 hour -Dealer lost the second key for the car -Multiple errors on the paperwork - Dealer was unaware of the spin and save promotion offered by honda canada - Dealer gave me another clients personal information in the wrong envelope - No overview of the feature of the car explained - I sat parked in the service bay watching youtube videos on how to set up basic features (blue tooth, maps etc). This dealership doesn't fail at one thing, they fail at ALL things. The sales person had a very cavalier attitude when I told them I had another clients personal information - he even let me keep the envelope. Buying a new car is a happy time, very hard to mess-up - yet this dealership manage to mess up a happy time by epic levels. More
Worthless customer service Went to dealer on Saturday. Lisa the sales person said oh I’m busy I will get someone else to help you. Well we sat for over an hour, went back to Went to dealer on Saturday. Lisa the sales person said oh I’m busy I will get someone else to help you. Well we sat for over an hour, went back to her desk and she was oh no one helped you. So she finally started taking care of us. Well 3.5 hours later we are still in dealer. Finally leave with new car but need to come and get books and spare key and a cd we left in old car. After waiting 25 min Lisa now say can’t find key or manuals nor did she get cd from car. Avoid Lisa at this dealer period. More
Booked time to see 2019 model - left without seeing it I called Downtown Honda and asked if they had the new 2019 Pilot's so I could look at one. I left my office, took a cab to Downtown Honda, arrived early (11:50am), checked in with the sales desk and let them know my name and purpose and I had limited time (on my lunch hour) Then waited and waited for a salesperson to arrive. 15 mins later, a salesperson does arrive, leaves to check where the car is, then comes back 10 mins later to tell me it'll take another 10 mins to get the car from their back lot - but I could look at the 2018 model as it's 'virtually the same car' So, after calling and preparing for the visit, I had to leave without seeing the car. Poor service - lots of apologies. Taking business elsewhere! More
Waited 35 minutes and no one showed up! I had an appointment with Nasir (sales manager) at noon to test drive the 2018 Honda HR-V. Upon arrival, the valet guy was awesome and showed me wher I had an appointment with Nasir (sales manager) at noon to test drive the 2018 Honda HR-V. Upon arrival, the valet guy was awesome and showed me where to go. The receptionist said she called Nasir and he would be down in 2 mins. 35 minutes later, no show. We ended up leaving and the valet guy was ready with our car - he was the best service we had! They just lost a sale. Pretty bad when the sales person doesn't even show up to your appointment. More
Buyer Beware! Test drove a used CRV and was prepared to buy the vehicle after test driving it. I found it odd at the time that there were snow tires on the vehicle. When it came time to finalize the price I brought the descrepancies in the advertised vehicle options to the actual vehicle presented, to the sales person’s attention: advertised vehicle had all season tires with alloy rims, cargo tray, and carpet floor mats - all of these were absent for the test drive. The rep stated that an alloy rim was scratched and a previous prospective buyer was really bothered by it so the tires were switched out to snow tires with no wheel covers - bare metal rims only. Rep brought my concerns and request for the price to be adjusted accordingly to the attention of his manager who stated if I wanted regular tires with alloy rims I would have to purchase them myself, for a discounted price of $2,000.00+ dollars. I balked, and stated that cost should be taken off of the advertised price. They refused and stated, “this vehicle is obviously not for you”. I stated the vehicle as advertised was for me but not the one they were offering. I stated it was false advertising. I showed them a printed copy of their advert, which included pictures of the now missing options. They refused to make any concession in price so I agreed with them, this vehicle was not for me and I left. More

Unprofessional Service After my car service was done, I found out an issue with the amount they charged me. They charged me more than what I was told. When I ask to speak to After my car service was done, I found out an issue with the amount they charged me. They charged me more than what I was told. When I ask to speak to the Service Consultant to explain why I have to pay more than what I was promised, they told me that he is not available. As soon as I was leaving the service area and they thought that I was gone, the Service Consultant showed up. It was so unprofessional of him to hid from me so he didn't have to explain to me why they made a mistake. More
Bad business I went to buy my first new car as I love the Honda brand this should have been a positive experience. When I went to purchase the car the sales person convinced me to purchase the demo floor civic 2015. I was told by one man who identified himself as the manager one interest rate. When I went to sign there was another interest rate on the contract. When I inquired I was yelled at and asked if I was questioning his integrity in which I was as the interest rate had been changed, a contract put in front of me and no one informed me that they had changed the rate. The sales person then informed me that the manager was not able to give me the interest rate that he had said.... so they put a contract in front of me and expected me not to read it at signing? At this point another sales person came in the room and also identified himself as the Manger. .. another manager?? I was then offered an interest rate that met in the middle. If this wasn't bad enough I did end up buying the car and someone scratched it a parking lot. I brought the car to fix the scratch to a local garage and when I picked up the car the man asked me if the car had been in an accident I said I had just bought it as a demo. He informed me that the paint on the door, although slight to see to.an unexperienced eye, was a different colour then the car. I.love the brand Honda and the car itself is fine but this dealership has no integrity or respect for customers. The experience of buying your first car should be a positive one. Worst experience of my life I bought a 2015 honda civic, biggest mistake I've ever made. They lied in the ad and lied to my face about the status of the car. They cat was a ridd I bought a 2015 honda civic, biggest mistake I've ever made. They lied in the ad and lied to my face about the status of the car. They cat was a riddle with mechanical issues, 3 weeks after buying it I had to get all 4 brake and rotors changed. Car also had an accident and they lied about it. Now I found out the heater is broken and needs repair. A 2015 CAR!!! BE WARNED. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! More
