After signing all the documents and doing the credit check and getting the approval but when I got there to pick up the car they told me that there was a mistake and there is only one demo left. Instead of calling the next day i was so busy that i called few month later and the same guy told me that he was not able to remember anything. Guess what ? they gave me a fidelity card instead... this is a joke.. don't go there ... it use to be a good place but now it's very very very bad. This is my last honda car. Never again this xxxxxxxx !!!! More

Negotiated a price and at the last minute, after coming to agreement, was slapped some special fee. Price had dropped that same day we put a deposit without our knowledge, next day was promised that price but then it was taken away. Had to go back to fix an issue (that should have been fixed before pick up) was supposed to get car end of day, got call last minute that car would Only be ready next day. Bottom line, horrible service and experience. More

They damaged my new CRV 2015 I left my CRV for a repair, when I pick it up... They was new dent... We checked pictures of my car when I left it and after they worked on it... Awful Went there to buy a new set of keys which set me back $300. 1 key was not programmed at all whereas the other one started the ignition but did not un Went there to buy a new set of keys which set me back $300. 1 key was not programmed at all whereas the other one started the ignition but did not unlock the doors. I called customer service and was told I could program it myself so it unlocks the doors. I never fixed the other key but went back later to have it fixed where they charged me $40 to redo it. Unapologetic, crooked, incompetent dealership. Love Honda but hate Honda Centre-Ville. More
