Got screwed by this dealer So here's my experience with this dealer. I bring my car for a tire change, I had done it in the past with no problems, and during the day I get a call from the rep saying that my brakes are gone and that I need to change the pads and the disc! I'm in the middle of a meeting when I get the call, and I stupidly say yes. Guess what, a year ago my brakes were in perfect condition... You're telling me that I literally wore down my brakes and messed up the disc in less than 10K Km? Never again... Never again! More

false diagnostic, trying to sell me unneeded services Used to get my 2010 crv oil changed there. Not bad for oil change. But when I heard a noise, they charged me to diagnose it by doing a test drive. I discovered that they didn't do any diagnosis because the milage didn't move. When I confronted them, they said they tried it in the parking. So they recommended a brake maintenance which I have done 5 months ago. I refused it. So now they started trying selling me services like steering fluid change and brake fluid change that I've already done at their service center, so they knew I've done them! I've complained about them to honda canada and I never set foot again there. By the way, my crv is still under warranty. I took it to an independent mechanic who told me the car is like new and it needs nothing. More
