I left a voice message on the Drive thrust Service Manager's voicemail over a week ago and there has been no response. What I went through was shocking and hope that the management of Highbury Ford will stop this from happening again. I don't want too post my 3 page letter outlining the fiasco at this time. I am with a large organization who gives this dealership a lot of business and ignoring a customer who has been put through unnecessary stress, loss and still not have the primary problem Not Resolved, is a very bad reflection.
