Just leased a 2019 Ford Escape from Highbury Ford I had the pleasure of concluding a 48 month lease of my 2019 Ford Escape from salesman Trevor Lobsinger. I did a lease buyout with him that was painlessly done. I had previously dealt with a dealership in Mississauga (Erinwood Ford) when I leased my last Escape in 2015. I now live in London and did not want to travel back to Mississauga. My sister and I went to Hifgbury Ford to see about leasing our next vehicle as the old lease was ending in about 2 months. Trevor was at the front door to greet us as we entered with no appointment. He was very welcoming and happy to discuss our options. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted after we sat down with him. We had a very positive outcome - we signed a new 48 month lease that day with him. All the details were thoroughly explained and we were not rushed or pressured for a decision. We took out a 2019 Escape for a test drive and found it great to drive. We were happy to decide on a great blue Escape that was in the showroom. I was able to call back to the dealership with the insurance details that same day, I am a satisfied and happy customer. Service I did not even get to Highbury Ford as I wanted some information about pricing before I went to make an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. I was put through to 3 different divisions of Ford to try and get a quote and make a time to get said work done. First is service dept. where I luckily got a mechanic who had done said work before but was told he had no idea of cost of part only hours it would take so off to parts dept. I go. Many calls later get a person to answer and was eventually told price but also given stern talking to about only going to a dealer to get any fix done. I was then put through to service dept. again where a person said they have one person who makes the appointments so through to another who never answered and after all the phone tag and attitude before I did not make an appointment. Btw the reason people who are not under warranty do not go to the dealer is you are over priced (husbands dealership for his transport truck per hour for mechanics is less) and obviously the hassle. More

Oil Change My car was due for an oil change. I called JoAnne in the service department on the off chance that I could get an appointment the same day. She was My car was due for an oil change. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner in the service department by everyone that I came into contact with that afternoon. I was offered beverages while I was waiting. In about an hour the work done to my car was completed to my satisfaction. This is the experience that I enjoy each time I bring my car(s) into Highbury Ford. Many thanks! More
