After they forgot to tighten one of my tires on and it feel off while driving with several people in the car putting our lives at risk. They took full responsibility at first but they would not completely repair the vehicle of all the damages. I called several times and left over ten different messages with different staff members over a one year period and I have still not received a call back. If I didn't have to go in for a part recall I'm sure they would've brushed me off for good. STEER CLEAR!! More

A rodent had chewed a portion of the wiring harness behind a panel in the cargo area. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly and properly. They say your vehicle will be done by a certain time and then change their minds to it being an entire day repair and that you’ll need to collect your vehicle tomorrow. They don’t return your calls or emails they avoid you because they know they’re giving you poor service ! I will never recommend anyone going to this garbage place. More

Commercial Vehicle In the Summer I picked up my new fleet vehicle from Highbury Ford. The appointment was scheduled and the sales person was away the day it was set up In the Summer I picked up my new fleet vehicle from Highbury Ford. The appointment was scheduled and the sales person was away the day it was set up for however they did not make arrangements for another sales associate to take care of the delivery. Once we found the package for the vehicle the sales associate went and got the car for me. They came in handed me the package and keys sand stated " first stop you should make is a gas station". When i got into the car the gas gauge was on empty and the display on the car read distance to empty 0 Km. After getting the vehicle i have noticed the fit of the tailgate is not correct looking at it from the drivers side it always appears to be open, The plastic trim that goes across the floor and the back where the tailgate closes has all lifted up and has a gap in it that i can see the metal floor of the cargo space. When we are shopping for our next truck to replace ours we defiantly will not be visiting this dealership. More
