Excellent service Having owned a 2002 Toyota Corolla for 14-years and have had excellent service all those years, I knew I wanted another vehicle from Heffner Toyota so Having owned a 2002 Toyota Corolla for 14-years and have had excellent service all those years, I knew I wanted another vehicle from Heffner Toyota so I went to the Sales Dept. and Matt Bishop, Sales and Leasing Professional helped me tremendously. I test drove a 2012 Toyota Matrix and purchased the vehicle that day. Everything Matt showed me and told me about the vehicle, I was impressed with. I had total confidence that I was getting the best deal. Within a few days I had my car and I am very pleased. Thank you Matt for a wonderful experience. More
6 years experience, high mileage driver, TOP MARKS! 2010 Prius, coming up on 300,000 trouble free km. These guys are good, really good - fair and the cost of ownership for me is way less than my previo 2010 Prius, coming up on 300,000 trouble free km. These guys are good, really good - fair and the cost of ownership for me is way less than my previous car (Nissan Altima). Very happy with these guys - wished I'd bought the car here - will do next time. By the way - I'm a real person - not padding the site. More

After a check-up by the fast lane staff, it was taken care of by the workshop, explained and showed to me by the service representative. No costs were charged and the car also got it's free carwash. Very well done! More

On our other vehicles the service dept has always been there to help out and follow up on any concerns. Zoltan has been a great help following up on repairs to our older truck, always friendly and helpful More
Customer service fast lane oil change I think this Hefner Toyota should have a better customer service representative in the fast line oil change. This customer representative - Kevin,who was flipping his eye when I asked him to help me with my questions today. He is very rude and inpatient. This is not the first time I get mad from the service department. I have my car oil changed today yet I found out the dip stick on my car was half way out when I got the car back. Luckily, I openned my hood to check before I left. I showed it to one of the sales representative who was happened at the parking lot. How unprofessional of the work the machenics have done. I have been dealing with Heffner for more than 10 years. Based on the poor services I received I decide not to come back to them anymore. More
Great dealership experience on the Lexus side The body shop does really good work Jim the manager listens and seems really eager to address any little issues months after repairs are completed. Both service advisors Mike and Ashley are very customer focused give straight forward advice when asked. I doubt they are on commission they never push for unnecessary repairs. More
Heffner Toyota is a big dealership and sometimes the service advisers can seem distracted and often they are rushed. But when I brought my 07 RAV 4 in recently for a recall and to have some brake work d service advisers can seem distracted and often they are rushed. But when I brought my 07 RAV 4 in recently for a recall and to have some brake work done, Zoltan advised me that there was another recall on the car related to a muffler problem. I was aware of the recall, but my muffler had gone bad a few months earlier and I had already purchased and installed a new muffler through my local independent shop. I never thought that I could get Toyota Canada to cover it, especially as I had used an independent and an aftermarket muffler, but Zoltan took my bill and proof of payment and told me that Heffner would take care of this. 3 weeks later a cheque arrived in the mail covering the entire cost of the new muffler and installation. I did not have to do another thing. This is great service and will keep me coming back to Heffner. More

Had Body Side Mouldings put on. Did a horrible joy. Put them up way to high and not straight. One side is higher than the other by 4 mm. Monkey work being done here. More

I UPDATED POSTING My Review Of Heffner Toyota : PLEASE DON'T BUY A TOYOTA OR ANYTHING FROM HEFFNER TOYOTA I am a single mother of 2 children. I wanted a reliable car and a great company so I came here to Heffner Toyota...Big, Huge Mistake!!!... I recommend you never buy anything from this dealership or even a Toyota vehicle. I scrimped and saved and bought a brand new Toyota Corolla. It is 4 years old and has been recalled 5 times so far, had a new transmission put in and it was recommended to go back for even more. I was sold a lemon and asked Heffner to do something for me they said the only thing they could offer was a ride home. Steve gave me the number of Toyota Canada as he said they only sell the cars and not make them and that Toyota Canada was the responsible party. I called there and they said that the dealership where it was purchased was the responsible party. The only thing that Toyota Canada will do is document your concerns and offer you condolences for your treatment.So they just send you back and forth and nobody will take any responsibility for the product. Steve also told me that if i was not satisfied with the lemon car to sell it to somebody else. I could go on and on but you get the picture. Please Don't spend your hard earned money at this dealership or on a Toyota product. So far My car has been recalled for 1) accelerator pedal sticking 2) Floor mats causing problems with the gas pedal 3) New transmission put in 4) air intake connector malfunction 5) windows mechanism not working 6) trunk lid spring malfunction still broken from the beginning is 1) the foam around the doors freezes and pulls off in the winter 2) your i pod shuts off every time you hit a bump in the road and goes back to CD My car was to be ready at 3:30 pm it is now 6: 25pm, Since they have not contacted me I called them and they said it is ready but they are running late by an hour and a half so the driver will pick me up about 7:30 or 8 pm. All this for a recall that I had nothing to do with except trust in Toyota Products. I am being treated like my time has no value and that its just too bad for me that my car is a lemon. Altogether it has been 10 days with out the use of my car, trips back and forth. phone calls for nothing and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CONSIDERATION. Oh he did offer me a free tea or coffee for my trouble. BUYER BEWARE!!! I am going to be putting up a web page and pictures as well as trying to get some type of satisfaction from this company. I will keep you posted on the outcome and hopefully some suggestions on what to do if you Buy from Heffner are sold a LEMON. Please repost and warn others. Update to :Never buy from Heffner Toyota So I was finally picked up after 8 Pm and went to get my car. I noticed the tire indicator light was on in my car so they had to put it back up and realized that they had messed up the tire valve when they apparently filled the tire as it was now almost empty. They also didn’t fix the problem with the trunk lid as there was a big back order for the springs. If I want this fixed in the future I get to make an appointment and go back and have this done. I have to let them know, so they can order the parts in the future. I made it home for 9:15 pm exhausted and sick of trying to deal with these people. The next morning I get a call from Matt who leaves a message on my answering machine stating that he wants to talk to me about the message that I left on Facebook….. not about what happened to me at Heffners. I called him back and ended up hanging up on him twice as all he wanted to do was talk about what I did, Matt s conduct towards me was exceptionally reprehensible! He would not answer any of my questions concerning what they were going to do to compensate me . I asked him 7 times who was responsible for their product and the only thing he said over and over is that it’s the manufacturer . He also wanted to talk to me about my “accusations” I tried to explain that they were facts but he would not listen. I felt that he was just a bully that called in order to intimidate me. I left a message asking him to review my cars record and be familiar with it and give me a call back. I have not heard from him and I am now blocked from the facebook page . I wont let this discourage me at all and will just have to find more creative ways to let people know what they can expect from Heffner Toyota when they are an unhappy customer.PROTECT YOURSELF AND DON’T BE A CUSTOMER then YOU WONT BE A VICTIM… PLEASE … Thanks More
