We took our brand new 2024 Tacoma into detailing to get paint sealer applied. They crashed the truck into the doorway scraping paint on the left rear door and box and big dent with wrinkles into the left r paint sealer applied. Then they tried to hide the damage by buffing out all the paint and scratches then call us! Said there was $2500 damage they would pay and give us a loaner. The body shop bill was $3,600 (their cost using body filler for a cab post). After months of waiting they refused to replace the truck but said they would cut out the C pillar and replace it and two panels so no body filler used!!. I'm sure that's more than quoted price. The owner Mr. Willie Heffner said accidents happen, while this is the third vehicle of mine that they have damage. My first truck was new and they damage it just before I was to pick it up. They took the door off while backing up. The second time I took it in for service and they damage it. Don't go to Heffner to purchase or get your vehicle service. They will damage it and your the won losing and being inconvenienced. Vehicles are cheap and dealership like Heffner Toyota doesn't care about you after they get your money. They dealership has gone downhill. Think long and hard before going here for service or purchasing a vehicle. I am paying for a damage vehicle and a brand new vehicle. More

I thought I was in good hands, I Got the car about September 7 the dealership made me feel great about the purchase I will say they’re very nice guys but I just wished they knew more about the cars they were selling unless I’ve been tricked into believing they didn’t. By October the car shut down on me on the HIGHWAY and my engine stopped working (engine recall) luckily my warranty covered rentals and my engine but they didn’t give me a rental until my car was being serviced(Dixie huyandai dealership) ….meaning, while it was towed sitting in the shop.I was car- less for about a month spending about $60 a day for Uber until they got the work order. Another thing I was told was I was covered by rentals regardless of my age (you have to be 25 to rent a car). (In the middle of all this everyone told me to take the car back I still have time , I’ve been ripped off ….the car rental guys , the dealership servicing me , peers . But I didn’t want to be that customer and give the dealership problems/hard time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I believed they were Honest)it made me feel kinda bad and stupid…. my grandfather had to rent the car in his name and I had to pay about 600 for rental expense out my own pocket. And I’ve been given troubles to make claims without my name on the receipt…lost 600 and on top of that I was still paying the bi weekly car payments. Then when I got my car back they said my catalytic converter was messed clogged due to the engine problems I had to pay 600 to remedy that wasn’t covered by warranty also, one of my LED lights went out and guess what…my Warrenty doesn’t cover ,and now for a cherry on top my drivers window has officially stopped working. It makes my first experience for purchasing kinda sad and there’s days where I would cry from anxiety because I’m having to dip into my other expenses because the car gives me a new problems every month. I’m scared to drive long distance or on the highway because I don’t know what crap the cars gonna give me next. And the car stopping on the highway was a very scary experience for me. Hopefully I can contact Omvic or somebody that can help me. I’m currently in the process of getting my window serviced but unfortunately the light I’m not going to fix to save my some money …I’m also a student and the over expenses isn’t helping my situation. Arrived at 10:30 yesterday and was met by Grace . From that point on the, Grace treated us like family. Extremely cordial, and helpful in getting us signed in. After having a very pleasant conversation, including a number of laughs and pleasantries, she directed us to the shuttle booth to arrange a trip to the mall. Had an appointment for 7:30 am today, arrived at 7:15 and doors opened immediately and I was welcomed by Grace, a friendly Service Advisor who has always been very helpful. waited a 1 hour befor car was put in shop to have sensor replaced, then 40 minutes later they said they found chewed wires. I was quoted $270 for a repair, I agreed to have it done, and asked for shuttle ho replaced, then 40 minutes later they said they found chewed wires. I was quoted $270 for a repair, I agreed to have it done, and asked for shuttle home as i already sat there for almost 2 hours. When I came to pick up vehicle it was $427. No one called to ask me if it was okay to go ahead with what they did, or to say it would be a different cost. They charged me for 5 hours labor at $140 per hour to re wrap a few wires. They didn't even replace anything. I would have never told them to fix it had I known I was lied to about cost. I would have brought it to a shop who doesn't extort you in hourly fees. More

I received it with factory defects (diagnosed by the same HEFFNER collision center), two doors of my car are broken (one of the side doors and the rear door / big). This problem was presented and exposed from the first maintenance in November, they gave me an appointment for December and it was rescheduled for February, in February they told me that it was indeed bad and that the guarantee would cover it... but, you know what? We are ending April and I am still waiting because they do not even have doors to change them... A new car... they will change the doors only because they do not authorize a change of car (a new one), this is fair, since I bought a new car at the Toyota dealership HEFFNER. More
