I bought 2 cars in less than 2 years. The second is a Sienna, after 9 months of long wait... This problem was presented and exposed from the first maintenance in November, they gave me an appointment for December and it was rescheduled for February, in February they told me that it was indeed bad and that the guarantee would cover it... but, you know what? We are ending April and I am still waiting because they do not even have doors to change them... A new car... they will change the doors only because they do not authorize a change of car (a new one), this is fair, since I bought a new car at the Toyota dealership HEFFNER. More

The service is oddly stuck-up and petty. I was told I would get 5 days of a free car rental while they worked on a recall that will take 2 weeks. Two minutes after our phone call, the Heffne I was told I would get 5 days of a free car rental while they worked on a recall that will take 2 weeks. Two minutes after our phone call, the Heffner agent phoned Enterprise rental and arranged for 2 days instead of 5 days before taking the next day off work. Like I said, oddly petty. It seems like I was intentionally given the run-around. That's odd behaviour for a company that earned thousands of dollars of our business when we bought our most recent car... That being said, it fits with the take it or leave it attitude we encountered when buying the car. They feel the product speaks for itself so they're not really concerned with proper customer service. More
