All cars on the lot were beautifully detailed and ready for show. Then we met the sales guy Marc Fortier and the lot got even better. Marc was curtious, patient and accommodating. From the first car we looked at to the final car we purchased, the experience was outstanding! Tamara was also very patient and precise when reviewing all documentation and pricing. Corey Straus the Manager signed off on the purchase and we laughed the whole time he was in the office. Thanks Marc and team for a great experience! Insurance Was strongly encouraged to use Heffner by my Insurance company. I dropped the car off on Saturday. Monday at 4pm I called to ensure they had the car. Was strongly encouraged to use Heffner by my Insurance company. I dropped the car off on Saturday. Monday at 4pm I called to ensure they had the car. No one answered in Collision. I was put on hold several times and had to call back on Tuesday as no one returned my call. Was unable to get a copy quote out of them. Even after they said the would email. The repair took twice as long as if I had taken my Dodge to the Dodge dealer. To make matters worse they had no idea I owed a deductible, wanted me to take the car after hours and just leave my rental there. Then my windshield washers are hooked up backwards and I have been trying to get a hold of the shop to enquire to getting it fixed. No call back. Not impressed with repairs or service. Will never use them again. More

Failed to do recall service My Sienna dumped all its oil on the road and needed to be towed. I found there had been a recall on the oil hose years ago that I was never notified My Sienna dumped all its oil on the road and needed to be towed. I found there had been a recall on the oil hose years ago that I was never notified about. I had the vehicle in for service at Heffner Toyota on multiple occasions during that period. Toyota confirmed that the dealer should have notified me and done the recall service free of charge. Instead Toyota compensated me for the cost of the tow, and I had the hassle and cost of an emergency car rental. More
