Purchased new superduty truck at Hanna’s Overall ordering and delivery was good. First truck was damaged during shipping from the states. Front desk needs more help. Not all issues addressed. Took way too long to get truck into the shop after appointed time. Realize they’re busy but looked like firefighting mode all morning. Guy running service desk was amazing to watch though. Juggling phones, dealing with customers and other staff. Needed 3 of him. More

Within a day they had found us our next vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was really easy going and not stressful, which is how it should be. They gave us maximum dollar value for our trade. Looking forward to purchasing other vehicles from them as well. Scott is awesome! Not due for service yet but I know that my vehicle will be handled properly when it's is due. More
