I know the staff well, so when I asked them to keep their eyes peeled on any models coming in off trade that met our needs, they already knew what I was looking for. Within a day they had found us our next vehicle. The whole process from start to finish was really easy going and not stressful, which is how it should be. They gave us maximum dollar value for our trade. Looking forward to purchasing other vehicles from them as well. Scott is awesome! Not due for service yet but I know that my vehicle will be handled properly when it's is due. More

Terrible Service and Arrogant Owner Had some work done on my car and the service I received was awful. They took for ever and never apologized for how long it took. I complained to the owner (Joe Hanna I think) and he was the most arrogant, unsympathetic individual I've ever met. Our last 4 vehicles have been Fords. I will never buy another Ford because of this experience and would certainly never buy from this dealer. They don't have a clue how to treat your customers. More
