Custom Order 2017 F 150 King Ranch Scott Nichol was my sales person, this was my 4th truck that I had purchased from Scott over the past 10 years. As always, Scott along with the rest of Hanna Motors team made me feel very comfortable with an "at home" feel. Scott along with the rest of the sales team seem to work very well together supporting the client interests, you never feel left out if your sales person is tied up. Scott was great as I looked to replace my 2014 FX 4 which had been written off in helping me with the insurance claim settlement for the replacement truck. When it came to getting a replacement even with their large F 150 inventory, they didn't have the exact specs in a King Ranch on their lot....no problem, Scott ordered my new truck on March 8th and it was delivered to me on April 19th.....that's fast! On delivery, Scott did a great job finalizing the paper work...quick efficient with a review of the options on the truck. Before leaving with my new truck many of the sales team including owner, John Hanna came along to pass their sincer complements on my new truck and said thank you for your business! Bought a new Ford Explorer Sport I traded in my Ford Expedition for a new Ford Explorer sport. I was hesitant about trading in for a smaller vehicle, but Kevin let me take the Explorer numerous times to get used to it before we sealed the deal. He's realistic and straight to the point, but also doesn't suggest a vehicle unless he knows it will be a right fit for our lifestyle. Customer service is always great at Hanna Ford, and our needs and "wants" are always accommodated in a timely fashion.
