Wowed by Great Service Upon arriving at Hanna Motors I was immediately great with sincerity. (Very different than any other dealer I visited) We then discussed what possibilities he could offer and we narrowed it down to one vehicle. My wife and I test drove the truck. Worked out how my payment would be structured and we left to consider the deal. I then returned in a few days and we put the deal together. I returned to pick up the truck and was greeted and thanked by John Hanna himself. A solid and sincere handshake and we were done, I am not sure how Ford structures their customer satisfaction program but other dealers would certainly benefit by spending, "a day in the life" at Hanna Motors.
