First Car Sales Experience I have always been apprehensive about purchasing a car because of it being a large purchase and the often sales pressure tactics employed by salespeop I have always been apprehensive about purchasing a car because of it being a large purchase and the often sales pressure tactics employed by salespeople which I hate. However, I must say that all aspect of the staff were amazing and had a great balance of selling while not pressuring me to get something that is not what I want. I did not even feel judged for the financing portion which is always nerve wracking. For someone that has gotten to several dealerships and backed out before signing any contract and to go as far as I did given that I reside in Richmond Hill, it was a great sales experience. If the Service is just as amazing then they may have a Client for a lifetime. All the employees listed did their part impeccably and worked as a team and showed good camaraderie. I like seeing professionals who respect one another and show a team respect and mutual respect. That made a lasting impression! More
