Excellent Service and Experience Gyro Mazda was relentless at letting us know that we could trade in our 2016 CX5 for a 2019 CX5 for basically the same lease cost. We finally came in Gyro Mazda was relentless at letting us know that we could trade in our 2016 CX5 for a 2019 CX5 for basically the same lease cost. We finally came in, and within 5 days we had a brand new CX5 with all the bells and whistles. Kevin was great - patient during the upgrade visit when we had to have 2 separate test drives (we had a toddler with us) and helped us get equivalents in some additional features we had in the 2016 for the 2019. Melissa was great at explaining all of the new features of the car - so amazing with our 3 year old. Ziad helped us with the final paperwork and was friendly and professional. More

Customer Service Sucks!!! We bought a brand new Mazda 3 Sport GS at Gyro Mazda back in 2017. We traded it in for 2019 CX-5 in a different dealership who advised us to call Gyro We bought a brand new Mazda 3 Sport GS at Gyro Mazda back in 2017. We traded it in for 2019 CX-5 in a different dealership who advised us to call Gyro Mazda for Tricare Ultimate Customer Care cancellation and that we might even get a refund. We called many times. Receptionist(s) were rude, we were told that everybody already left -- at 4:30pm! We tried at an earlier time, we either got disconnected or sent directly to voicemails, we never had call backs! Emails to Michael Acuna and Shonika Selvarajah came back "Undeliverable" or maybe we've been blocked. Stay away from this dealership! They're good at selling you cars, induce you to buy upgrades, protection, etc. then when you need them for anything they can't be reached. More
