Had my 2009 Highlander Maintained service included Front Brakes, Exhaust Doughnut replaced and Fluids changed in September 24. After a month I noticed that the hydraulic fluid was leaking when I checked u Brakes, Exhaust Doughnut replaced and Fluids changed in September 24. After a month I noticed that the hydraulic fluid was leaking when I checked under the hood I noticed that the brake fluid and the Hydraulic fluids appeared to be high. I then made an appointment with Toyota. When I talked with the Service rep. I was told that the pan and plug were leaking and as it was two months since the service It was on my dime. He assured me that the Mechanic had a 21 year record And my bill would be $360. I informed him that it was their responsibility as they recently did the hydraulic change. He would hear non of it So I took my SUV to a local Garage . They informed me that the leak was due to a plug gasket. The Repair cost me $140. The lesson learned Is don't trust these people. Find a reputable garage and build an honest relationship. . More
This is by far the worst dealer ever now. The service manager and general management do not want to hear about your problems. I have a 2022 Tundra with unlimted problems and now a motor recall. I went to another dealer as Guelph did nothing and don't get back to you. They don't return calls. Moving dealers caused problems with Toyota. I would never buy another vehicle here and probably not another Toyota either. They are happy to sell you more and extended warranty, which is useless. I'm sorry to say this used to be a good dealer but things have changed over time. What was is long gone. Beware, don't go here, very bad service. More

He spent hours helping us, fitting us in on busy days when I’m sure he didn’t really have the time. He has been kind and reassuring as well as knowledgeable and professional. The Service Department Manager, Peter, has also gone above and beyond to try to assist us. Special thanks also to Ian, the talented mechanic who has been and will be working tirelessly on this vehicle. Guelph Toyota everyone! They will show you the meaning of customer service and they know vehicles. Ask for Don! More
They sold me a lemon of a truck ! I bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Had issues from the start. They wouldn’t accept me returning it . They wouldn’t compensate me . I’ve been to I bought a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma. Had issues from the start. They wouldn’t accept me returning it . They wouldn’t compensate me . I’ve been to three different Toyota dealerships to fix my truck and none of them can fix it. They tell me it’s a characteristic of the truck. I still have a truck that shakes in the rear on the highway. I now have a warranty that isn’t being respected. Stay away from this dealership and Moshin!!! Thanks for not helping me out. A hardworking honest man. Hope karma strikes you. More

Made an appointment for my 8000km service, minor service. Was told it would take 3 hours minimum and no shuttle offered as I do not live in Guelph. 3 hours for tire rotation and alignment? 3. Was trying to get a remote starter for my car and to book the install as well as a tire swap. I tried calling service for a week and could never get through. I spoke with reception who told me they are short staffed and only had 2 people working and that they have to help customers onsite as well as handle calls. ( sorry not my problem you have a staffing issue) 4. Wanted to have remote starter installed. My salesman said Toyota brand not in stock and for me to reach out to him monthly. I did and was always told not in stock. He mentioned an after market one available. I reached out to him 3 times via text, texts were read he never responded, even to the message saying that I was going to look for another dealer to help me (thanks for nothing Moe). You got the sale and that’s obviously all you were interested in. Their own dealer told me there is no Toyota remote starter available for the Ravs that use keys to start, only keyless and that I would have to go with the aftermarket one. This information was provided to me by the parts person at the Guelph location. You would think that if Moe actually looked into it for me that he would have known this instead of making me wait several months to find this out. 5. I left a message with reception to have the owner of the dealership contact me so that he is aware of what a gong show his dealership is…………stay tuned for update. More

This was on the phone! It is time that Guelph Toyota stop paying their front service people a commission for every sale that make! This place needs a higher level of integrity. They are not worthy of our trust! More
