I was loyal to Georgetown Toyota however was not impressed with the Sales at All cost direction they were taking. I was in search of a new vehcle so I decided to give Guelph Toyota a chance at my b impressed with the Sales at All cost direction they were taking. I was in search of a new vehcle so I decided to give Guelph Toyota a chance at my business and they won me over with excellent sales and just recently service. Rand Mammo my product advisor was professional,knowledgable,accomodating, respectful, and believes in the product she is selling. Rand uses her talents to form relationships throughout the dealership which helped my buying experience during and after my Highlander purchase. My first service was a very pleasant experience with my service advisor Ryan Cook which also has the same traits as Rand. Unless something changes drastically I will be returning to Guelph Toyota for future business. More
Salesperson Amir Azizian was the key to me. It's a tough time to buy a car (Almost no new cars available, and some used cars are selling for new prices, because of worldwide production issues). But Amir helped me a lot. He was clever and creative, and he showed significant integrity and kindness. Given the anxiety I was experiencing, I don't think the deal happens without Amir. More

I booked my car in for brake service and to swap out the tires for winters. W H Y WHY does it take 6 hours ?? Also offered NO shuttle. A week later, I needed an oil change! If I have to book my car in, there should be a mechanic booked in for that too . . . I have N O ideas WHY routine jobs have to take sooo long. Staff were just so unimpressive too … like no enthusiasm or personality. I just had to write a review about this - kind of ridiculous. I LOVE my Toyota Corolla. I do. But this dealership for service really falls under the mark for customer service. I bought my Toyota from Forbes in Waterloo - now they were awesome in ALL departments…I only switched because I live in Guelph. Friends, convenience is NOT everything. More
