I recently purchased a vehicle from Guelph Kia an had an issue with tire pressure. I had picked up a nail and didn't realize it. I had a horrible experience while purchasing a vehicle through these guys. The sold me a truck without working a/c for over 22k. Not the end of the world, as long as it gets taken care of abd fixed in through these guys. The sold me a truck without working a/c for over 22k. After the first day of it being in the shop for a diagnosis, they asked me to rebook a service appointment. A week later, when they could fit me in for the service work on the a/c. I picked my vehicle up after the service was "complete". Only for my a/c to fail again 70 kms down the road. But this time, my truck also starts leaking oil everywhere. They did agree to fix the oil leak and the A/C (again) but this service took a week to complete. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with my purchase (And this is the 2nd and last vehicle I have bought from them) and even less satisfied with the customer service I received. I would highly recommend anyone try looking elsewhere and save yourself a potential world of frustration. More
