Service Kiosk and Service Desk staff didn't know, didn't care and were too impatient to explain details before service commented and after service was completed. Water infiltration issue related to backup camera! The looks of disgust I received from the Service Technician were so demeaning. I just wanted clarification as to why three signatures were required... all were legitimate, but I felt utterly humiliated by his haughty attitude. I have always received better from Guelph KIA personnel in the past (over 15 years of experience). It was a bad day. It is now in the past. Moving on... Love our 2019 Sorento! More
