Hi Evlajnic, I know this has been a frustrating journey for you. As per our conversation our team would continue to try and get coverage for you from the manufacture. With that said, considering the vehicle is 11 years old and having 200 000km we would need some proof of maintenance records and that there could be costs involved. After you were turned down by multiple dealers our team at Guelph Kia did try even though you are out of warranty. I wish you well and sorry for the trouble we may have caused. Peter GM

All I know is that Kia will never get any more business from me going forward because even when it was under warranty, we couldn't even get anyone to take my concerns seriously even though there was concerns with the engines of the years in my post. We got railroaded from the very beginning with this company and your so called "service" that never existed for us. We have had engine troubles from the second year we owned it. Not after 11 years of owning it. Nobody ever wanted to do a diagnostic or a leak down test to see where the issues actually are. I will not stay quiet about what we have gone through for 11 years. You've messed with the wrong individual when it comes to people knowing about what kind of company you are.
