Guelph Kia

I have been there twice for a tire change. On both occasions they told me that I needed to have my brakes done. I didn't want to have them done then because the dealership where I bought my Ki On both occasions they told me that I needed to have my brakes done. I didn't want to have them done then because the dealership where I bought my Kia (Oakville) was giving me free oil changes etc. On both occasions these were lies (I had the brakes checked at the Oakville dealership and they were good for another few thousand kms - way more thickness than 5 mm limit). I am astounded that places like this are still in business. I now just take my car back to Oakville every time. It's more than an hour's drive away, but I don't want my car serviced by crooks or people you can't trust. More

Service department has made recommendations not required. I took my car to another well established shop who confirmed that my front brakes had 5mm and not the 2mm KIA told me. I will never be taking my car back to the dealership again and in all likelihood I will never purchase a vehicle from this establishment again nor will the rest of my family. More

Jason Weeks is a corrupt, lying * u know what*. He sold us a car that needs thousands of dollars of repairs and after taking the car back multiple times, each time to have them reset the engine light to tr us a car that needs thousands of dollars of repairs and after taking the car back multiple times, each time to have them reset the engine light to try and trick us into thinking they fixed it. Then he lied again to say they had it checked out by the manufacturer’s dealer (not a Kia) and then accusing us of accusing him of lying! And THEN HANGING UP ON US AS WE TRIED YET AGAIN TO GET JASON WEEKS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY !!!! (We confirmed with the other dealership that they didn't even have the courtesy to show up for the appointment.) He refused to show us any paperwork proving this) Pay for this repair or take this car back!! N.B. The engine light came on the day after driving it off the lot. STAY AWAY from Kia, Guelph!!!! More

Friendly but Recommended Unnecessary Services I went it for a scheduled service and the maintenance department recommended several services that were not required.
