I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half. I had sent a friend to do this as I had to work thinking that it would only take at the most half an hour. Apparently took over an hour and a half. I had sent a friend to do this as I had to work thinking that it would only take at the most half an hour. Apparently there wasn't enough hoists available. I could have taken it to a quick oil change and been in and out of there in 15 minutes but chose to go through my dealership. I thought at the very least they could have given me a discount or something for waiting for so long. Very disappointed in this service. More

Even thought I purchased my car at the Waterloo dealership, I really enjoy going to the Guelph dealership to get things fixed/serviced. The people are so friendly & knowledgeable. The lounge make dealership, I really enjoy going to the Guelph dealership to get things fixed/serviced. The people are so friendly & knowledgeable. The lounge makes 'waiting time' go by so much quicker. Also the girl who does the shuttle service is always a pleasant to talk to. More

Guelph Hyundai has by far the friendliest and most accommodating service staff throughout the 3 dealerships I have now had dealings with. It is good that I now work in Guelph as that is the reason fo accommodating service staff throughout the 3 dealerships I have now had dealings with. Service staff try to provide problem solving to auto issues that often leads to lower cost repairs. I appreciate that my best interests are important. I am much more likely to get service and mainten issues that often leads to lower cost repairs. I appreciate that my best interests are important. My experience was a great one at this hyundai dealership. I really enjoyed the lounge area. It was very nice and comfortable. Lots of television channels to choose from, magazines to read, comfy chairs an I really enjoyed the lounge area. It was very nice and comfortable. Lots of television channels to choose from, magazines to read, comfy chairs and snacks/drinks. This is the nicest dealership I've been to. The staff were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable - even printed me off a separate piece of paper that clearly stated further maintenance that is needed on my vehicle, which I found very helpful. I also appreciate the staff topping up my fluids, as other dealerships have actually forgotten to do this. I felt the price was fair and competitive with other dealerships as well. Overall a very good experience with the Guelph dealership. I was very impressed. Thank you More
