Last week I made an 8 am appointment for a one-hour Service #2. I scheduled my shuttle pick up for 11 am to avoid the lunch rush. My shuttle was on time at 11, but when I arrived at Hyundai, my vehic Service #2. I scheduled my shuttle pick up for 11 am to avoid the lunch rush. My shuttle was on time at 11, but when I arrived at Hyundai, my vehicle had not even gone in for the service yet! Initially I was told the paperwork had to be finished, then a while later I was told it was still going to be 20 minutes. My issue isn't that things were behind schedule, but that I was never told! I spent all that time in the shuttle going between Hyundai and my office so that I would not have to wait on site for the service, but in the end I wasted all the time in the shuttle AND had to wait for the service. It all took longer than my lunch break, so I had to use vacation time to account for the time at work. I do not understand why I wasn't called to reschedule my shuttle pick-up. I also think that I should have been offered a discount for the extreme inconvenience. Sincerely, Karla Everard More
