Overall, I had a good experience dealing with Grizzly Trail Motors. A few items of suggestion would be 1: when a customer enters the showroom, staff should welcome them and ask if they need anything whil Trail Motors. Purchase incentives - I purchased a vehicle that overall price was 70,000+, the "gift" I received was a nail kit and a cap hat, I enquired about floor mats previous, I would have thought being the amount financed, floor mats would have been "thrown in" as an appreciation incentive. It was a great truck buying experience, I was originally looking for a crew cab SLT 1500 and Colin had found the one I was looking for. I got to know Colin through the service department at the dealership. Unfortunately I hit a deer on July 18. My boyfriend was up north working and Colin had a van on the lot that I was interested in. Colin was able to work out a price for us that we could afford and even though the rotors needed to be changed I was able to bring it back a couple days later so that my boyfriend didn't have to keep driving back and forth again. I came to Grizzly Trail Motors to get an oil change and some accessories done to my 2011 GMC Sierra. I had got the body shop to install Bushwacker Flares and they look great! After that, an oil change was needed and Stuart said it would take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for an oil change and a quick look to make sure everything is good. It didn't even take the allotted time and I was very impressed and pleased with that. I will always be a customer to Grizzly! More
