Quality of work = N/A. No work was done yet on the vehicle purchased. This was my second vehicle purchased through Grizzly Trail Motors. I find the sales staff, particularly Colin Holwerda to be ver vehicle purchased. This was my second vehicle purchased through Grizzly Trail Motors. I find the sales staff, particularly Colin Holwerda to be very approachable and works hard to fulfill my requests. This is not a high pressure sales dealership like many you would find in large city centres. I often find myself discouraged when shopping for a vehicle at those large city dealerships because of the high pressure that the sales staff put you through. If you're looking for a pleasant purchasing experience, you'll want to give Grizzly Trail Motors a try. We are happy with our 2011 GMC Acadia and our 2010 Chevy Malibu. Thanks Colin! More

I've been dealing with Grizzly Trail and Tontine Motors ever since I bought my 2003 Buick Rendezvous; then I helped my aged Father buy a van with the help of Steve Lyster. I also am in charge of ou Motors ever since I bought my 2003 Buick Rendezvous; then I helped my aged Father buy a van with the help of Steve Lyster. I also am in charge of our company vehicle's maintenance. So I'm at Grizzly Trail fairly often for a number of years. I didn't just rate the purchase of my current purchase above - I'm rating the service I've received from each department since 2003. Steve Lyster, Stuart Walker, and Kim Fletcher always work out whatever problem I have - sometimes I like the answer sometimes I don't - but I'm treated decently and like I have a brain. The parts guys are always more than helpful and will help me figure out stuff when it won't work and it is because I'm not mechanically inclined. Cam is really good too. In fact the other day I called Cam and said the automatic back door on this new vehicle won't go up - he said find the round knob above your head and turn it to "on". I hadn't figured out what everything did yet! Of course that made it work!!!! I didn't have to come in - problem solved over the phone!! That I like. What I didn't were the new calls I was getting on my answering machine - about calling cause I had come in. I finally told Steve Lyster - I've noticed the calls have stopped - thanks Steve. The guys at Grizzly know if I have a problem or something didn't get fixed, I'll be back or will give them a call. If they don't hear from me - everything is okay!!!! More

My experience started with Mr. Lyster, a very positive, outgoing, friendly man. He was very informative and thorough from test drive to delivery. I have been coming Grizzly for several years now for both company vehicle and personel vehicle servicing. I have always been treated with the out most respect from many of the staff at Grizzly. My purchase of the used GMC truck was a very good experiance as well. I said I wanted to bring my wife down to see before I made up my mind.
