Brad and Colin were great to deal with. I bought the truck over the phone because I was far away (NWT) and needed a vehicle when I got to Alberta. They took care of all the details and even had a driver truck over the phone because I was far away (NWT) and needed a vehicle when I got to Alberta. They took care of all the details and even had a driver pick me up at the airport and take me to the dealer to pick up the truck. When I picked up the truck I realized it had no remote start, which I wanted and they took the truck right into the shop and had one installed in an hour. Awsome service! More

I went to Grizzly Trail first to look for a used vehicle because of the truck we purchased in 2005. Not only is the truck great but the service we have received from Grizzly Trail Motors over the years has because of the truck we purchased in 2005. Not only is the truck great but the service we have received from Grizzly Trail Motors over the years has been fantastic. We know that the service technicians are very good at what they do but I always know that Stuart Walker will be honest with any work that needs to be done. In regards to my experience in the purchase of a used vehicle it could not have been better. Mark Marshall was very informative, never put any pressure on me to make a decision but just answered all my questions so that I was very reassured I was choosing the right vehicle for me. Brad Carr was also great with the finance department. Our next vehicle will also be from Grizzly Trail, I could not recommend them enough!! More

You don't find service like this any more! The staff at the Collision Center never grumbled about waiting for me several minutes after hours. They are super friendly and understanding. They had a free courtesy car warmed up for me upon arrival. Always returned my calls and inquiries within minutes. My winter tires happened to come in while my car was in the shop and the gentlemen took them out of my rental car, wiped the condensation off my windows and had them mounted the very next morning. To top it off, they detailed the interior of my car! All this, an nice body work too! This was my first experience at Grizzly and will come back for all our service/sales/auto body needs. More

My truck got all the windows smashed out of it, and it got sent to grizzly trail. It was there for a week and wow! They made the truck look brand new! They cleaned it inside and out. Everything was cleane got sent to grizzly trail. It was there for a week and wow! They made the truck look brand new! They cleaned it inside and out. Everything was cleaned! The service was great! Just recently I had some warranty work done on my 2012 Equinox and I must say I have never been treated better then I was with Brad at the body shop portion of Grizzly Motors. When I got my car back, they had cleaned the car inside and out, which I might add I was not expecting but what a pleasant surprise, needless to say.
